1. The Tale of Sir Larry

2. There once was a little boy named Larry, who lived in a
kingdom far, far away. All he wanted to be was a knight.

3. Everyday he would watch the knights of the kingdom train
for battle.

4. One day, a knight from a nearby kingdom requested to
borrow some boys to train to fight against a Firestalker
Dragon.

5. As soon as he heard, Larry rushed over to the knight and
asked to help vanquish the dragon.

6. Larry started his training the next day. Everyday he would
train.

7. For weeks, Larry trained and trained. He trained so hard, he
became the strongest squire in the kingdom.

8. The knight then chose Larry to lead the other boys to fight
the dragon.

9. Larry travelled to the
dragon’s cave, and the
other squires were
getting scared.

10. Suddenly, the dragon stuck his head out and smoke came
out of his nostrils.

11. The dragon they breathed fire at Larry and flew after
Larry’s friends.

12. Larry took his chance and ran into the dragon’s cave,
hoping to surprise the dragon when he got back.

13. Larry didn’t expect to see three baby dragons sleeping in a
nest. “So that’s why the dragon is trying to attack the
sheep,” Larry said.

14. Larry started to play with the baby dragons, as he always
loved baby animals.

15. Out of nowhere, the mother dragon burst into the cave,
making Larry drop his sword. “Hi Mrs. Dragon,” he began,
“my name is Larry, and I came here to ask you to stop
taking our sheep.”

16. “Why would I do that?” The dragon snarled.
“Because you are stealing our biggest source of money,”
Larry quivered.

17. “By the way, what do I call you?” Larry asked.
“Ember the Firestorm!” Ember cried.

18. “I know you want to feed your babies,” he said, pointing
towards the three hatchlings, “why can’t you take food
from the wild?”

19. “I cannot travel far from home, because people will take my
babies!” Ember cried.

20. “Ember, please, if you came to
the king, I’m sure he would let
you have some sheep.”
20

21. “Never!” Ember cried.
“Why not?” Larry asked.
“Because he stole my other baby, so I decided to steal his
sheep.”

22. Larry then had an idea.
“Why don’t we ride to the castle and get your babies back,
then you won’t need to steal our sheep anymore.”

23. “Okay then,” Ember said.
Larry then got onto
Ember’s back and flew of
towards the kingdom.

24. They then broke through the wall of the throne room and
Larry hopped off Ember.
“What is the meaning of this!” The king yelled.
24

25. “You kidnapped Ember’s hatchlings,” Larry began, “that’s
why she is stealing your sheep.”
“Think about it,” he continued, “Ember only started to
attack your sheep after King Claudius stole her hatchling.”

26. “Okay, I admit it, I stole her eggs and sold them,” King
Claudius confessed.

27. The next day, Larry became Sir Larry of Latidia, and Ember
never harmed another sheep again.
“Ember, let’s go and get your babies back,” Sir Larry said as
they flew off into the sunset.
