It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Mary Ferry. Her performance working as Sr.
Director, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis for ConAgra Foods, Inc. makes me confident she will

I have known Mary for over 7 years in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer at ConAgra Foods, Inc.. I
interacted directly with Mary when she supported the CFO; leading the monthly business reviews,
preparing for board meetings, managing the monthly reporting and coordinating the annual operating
plan. She was a key member of the finance team and was an integral member of many projects. Based
on her work, I would rank her as one of the best FP&A leads we have had.
Mary distinguished herself as a highly accountable executive. She consistently met deadlines,
