PERSONAL PROFILE
Since 2010 I have been working as a Duty Manager at a climbing facility run by Blackpool Borough
council and also providing instructing sessions in climbing to all manner of people ranging from adults,
children, young offender and disability groups. I have proven that I can work well in a customer facing
role as well as working in a managerial position running a climbing facility, which included organising
meetings/sessions, bookings, and experience in the stages of procurement. In previous retail and
customer service roles I have worked individually and with a team. Carrying out a various range of
duties throughout my experience I have cash handling, setting up accounts, floor work and stock
replenishment experience. I now live in Withington, Manchester and I’m available for interview at your
convenience.
