Overview
Summary:
artin Bruncko is 34- year-old Slovak, successful entrepreneur from Banská Bystrica,
Slovakia, powerful athlete, inspiring personality, a man with a steel will, unflinching
fortitude and author of debut book "Life without food" with the subtitle "Whatever
man believes in". Martin meets his readers and fans personally at workshops, lecturers,
reading sessions or informal coffee times.
What is so outstanding about motivating and inspiring personality of Martin is that all goals,
achievements and challenges (personal, social, business, and sportive) are handled with
charm, ease, and smile and almost without food intake. Martin drinks pure water, coffee and
twice a week he eats something small and meatless. He breaks myths about the duty to eat
nutritionally and he is a living proof that if you listen to your body, you don´t have to do many
things in your life in order to be successful, healthy and happy. His story is written in detail in
his debut book and he is opened to answer your questions personally, by email or phone.

About book “Life without food: Whatever a man believes in”
Could you imagine your life without food? Well, some people can. Deepen your gaze into
introspective and personal story of a man, who decided to change his unpleasant physical,
health and mental state and became a special one! Author is overtly sharing his experience with
the reader in a thoughtful narration. A man who claims to feel great, living full and active life,
running his own business, reaching any goal set and winning sport races. All roads lead to
Rome, and author is talking about his “road” being taken to the state of exquisite balance. The
main concern of the book is not to persuade people to stop eating meat, or eating at all or to
stop watching TV, read tabloids, etc. Author hopes to inspire people by his example to stop and
think, to change their way of thinking, living and perceiving own body intuition including. Book
presents a new type of challenge for people completely swallowed by consuming society and
skeptics denying inner voices and intangible energy recourses. Main border that prevents
people from healthy, happy and full life lies in limiting beliefs suggested by parents, society and
own laziness. How can man individually progress through life burdened with limits? Author
exceeded limits and opened full potential of his body, mind and lifestyle.
If herein book helps you to overcome your self-limiting beliefs by restructuring your thoughts,
then the goal is reached. The goal is not to evaluate and deny; the goal is to motivate and
encourage people to accept challenges coming from out there.
Enjoy reading!

What does Martin say about …?
<< I was born, grown up and live in Slovakia, in the heart of Europe. My life ran in predefined
matrix and one day I decided to stop playing "must" game. I took over the wheel of my life into
my own hands and directed it towards freedom, health, prosperity and happiness. I got rid of
many dependencies that burdened my being: cigarettes, pills, laziness and passivity, food etc.
I´m not a writer, but I wanted to put down my life, opinions, and changes in mental and
spiritual world on the e-paper. There is my debut e-book "Life without food" that describes my
way to personal, mental and social freedom. It is not technically about "not eating" for more
than a year or "diet" only. It is about mental and spiritual liberation that burdened genius in
you. It is about will to live a life you deserve and wish to have- healthy, happy and loved
without harming anyone. Remember, there is no "must" in your life, unless you decide so.
