Best Practices for Gamified Enterprise Communities

         Give users a clear problem to solve. Present the ā€œgaming system.ā€
 ļƒ¼       Display progress:
         Show users their progress, for example, using points or levels. Make
         the game easy to learn but hard to master.
 ļƒ¼       Show status:
         Post a leaderboard to give users a sense of social status. Provide
         real-time feedback. Leverage groups, teams, social media, mobile.

         Provide some degree of rewards, such as a new level or abilities.
