Docklands at the edge of the CBD in
Melbourne has allowed the creation
of a new type of commercial development.
The site proposal comprises a mix of
education, research, exhibition and
commercial space in a new dynamic
environment.
The emerging technology and
communications marketplace, will lead the
drive for the mix of accommodation based
around a new public place.
The new urban plaza is fully enclosed in a
temperature controlled space with a forest
and a major water feature linked to a
marketplace of retail and display.
It will be a great place to do great business.
