Esta presentación fue hecha para que estudiantes de tercer grado presentaran -en la Feria del Conocimiento de la Institución- el proyecto de Comunicación de Información por medio de Gráficos, desarrollado en el laboratorio de cómputo.
4. Hypotesis
Using technology to construct graphs will help
students know the elements of the graphs and
interpret information easily.
5. Introduction
In Math classes, we (3rd graders) learn how data
can be interpreted from graphs.
We decided to include technology to study this
topic; and in Computer classes, we used Word to
make graphs to represent data.
7. Procedure
First, we chose a closed-ended question.
For example: Which is your favorite color?
It is important to make a table to include the possible
answers.
Second, we asked our classmates the question and used
tally marks to count their answers easily.
Third, we used Word to create the graphs using the tools
of the program.
8. Conclusions
Including technology to display information through
graphs was an exciting student experience.
Students found it interesting and easy to interpret data.
