 Coordinate with auditors work relating to external audit by providing copies of supporting financial records,
scheduling field visits, and processing recommended adjustments.
 Update master schedules ofproperty taxes for both commercial and residential properties and process payments by
EFT when due.
 Maintain bank institution relationships to include: opening new checking accounts,reserve, escrow accounts,and
set up ACH accounts.
