search for a Sub-custodian Network Manager to join their team. This is an exciting role within a
growingstructure andwillbe suitedtopersons whowouldliketobe partof agreatmulticulturalteam
atmosphere and who are committed to delivering a high standard.
The role:
 Assess the custody risk for the investment markets covered within the network
 Understanding the structure and operating of the varioussecurities marketsand sub-custodians
in these markets;
 Monitoring the changes and assess the impact of these changes on x and its clients
 Manage the relationship with the sub-custodians
 Select sub-custodians and initiate the relationships with them
 Perform and assist due diligence
 Monitor the sub-custodial relationships in accordance with the regulatory requirements
 Monitorthe performance of the sub-custodiansbasedonquantitative andqualitative indicators
The profile:
 You hold a University degree in Economics, Law, Finance, Business Administration or similar
trough experience
 At least 3 years’ experience within a similar role within a bank
 You are fluent in English and French. Any other language is an asset
 Excellentunderstandingof the cashandsecuritiessettlementprocessesand the capital markets
 You hold the ability to work as an integral member of a team
 Strong IT knowledge
