and elaborated recommendations to Federal Regulated Financial Institutions (FRFIs)’ senior management to ensure that sound and effective
governance frameworks and risk management practices are implemented
At Desjardins, as a chief advisor for the wealth management sector and the fiduciary services, with over $40 billion in AUM, I assessed sectors’
business models, elaborated and presented business and financial solutions to senior management and coordinated multidisciplinary working teams
to enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, cost structure and competitiveness for a wide range of business lines, ranging from
discount brokerage, brokerage, investment funds, private banking, mutual funds and enterprise services. In addition, as a senior credit risk advisor
for VISA Desjardins, I contributed to develop models for assessing credit risk and improve performance of the commercial and retail loan portfolio of
$ 7.3 billion. This experience allowed me to gain experience in credit risk across multiple industries.

Currency and OSFI and a Msc. Corporate Finance from HEC-Montréal. Moreover, I hold a graduate diploma in financial derivatives from
Université du Québec à Montréal and I am a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder, a professional designation. In
