I am currently working as a Chief Advisor - Operational Risk Management and Governance at National Bank of Canada where I develop, implement
and maintain the integrated operational risk management framework, including Risk Appetites, RCSA, KPI/KRI, Quality & Controls Assurance
programs, Scenario Analysis, Engagement model, ILDE/ELDE standards and related governance components.
My experience at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions of Canada (OSFI) as a senior supervisor operational risk, where I
assessed governance frameworks, policies, standards and tools used by the six largest Canadian banks (DSIB), the mid-tier banks and Insurance
companies provided me with an industry wide view of operational risk management. As a supervisor, I conducted risk reviews where I assessed risks
and elaborated recommendations to Federal Regulated Financial Institutions (FRFIs)’ senior management to ensure that sound and effective
governance frameworks and risk management practices are implemented
At Desjardins, as a chief advisor for the wealth management sector and the fiduciary services, with over $40 billion in AUM, I assessed sectors’
business models, elaborated and presented business and financial solutions to senior management and coordinated multidisciplinary working teams
to enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, cost structure and competitiveness for a wide range of business lines, ranging from
discount brokerage, brokerage, investment funds, private banking, mutual funds and enterprise services. In addition, as a senior credit risk advisor
for VISA Desjardins, I contributed to develop models for assessing credit risk and improve performance of the commercial and retail loan portfolio of
$ 7.3 billion. This experience allowed me to gain experience in credit risk across multiple industries.
Furthermore, in the Mutual Fund industry, I worked in several roles form Investment products analyst, Inside Sales and later as a Regional Sales
Manager within a securities' broker and banking network, where I assessed investment manager’s performance and portfolios’ asset allocations, I
coached branch managers, financial planners and brokers and developed solid business relations and market acumen by providing key market
information and investment solutions.
I possess a solid professional and academic background with two Banking regulation certifications from the Office of the Controler of the
Currency and OSFI and a Msc. Corporate Finance from HEC-Montréal. Moreover, I hold a graduate diploma in financial derivatives from
Université du Québec à Montréal and I am a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder, a professional designation. In
addition, I am fluently bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.

Results: Reduction of risky assets to stop the negative returns of -1.5% of a $ 300 million loan portfolio for the western Canada market, by setting
new rules for market segmentation and recalibrating risk premium to increase loans’ quality and performance.
Chief advisor – Operations and fiduciary Services, Desjardins- Wealth Management, Montreal, Quebec 2005 to 2010
Developed and coordinated business solutions for all business segments to enhance operational efficiency; including Desjardins Securities, Enterprise
services, Wealth Management, for over 40 $ billion in assets under management. Results: Successfully restructure a discount broker line with $ 3
billion of AUM and $ 18 million dollars of revenue by reducing operating costs and administrative fees by 20% and increasing transactions flexibility,
