Philip Morris Account Coordinator
Preparation of financial documentation, including control of costs, provision of receipts,
creation of final Acts. Control of smooth operation and communication flow between ActiTour
LLC and Philip Morris Armenia.
Daily control of balances for all the open Purchase Orders. Provision of financial reports on a
regular basis.
Preparation and control of all cash and bank transactions
Preparation of daily reports on fuel consumption, taxi usage and car parking
Calculation of staff wages on a monthly basis
