§ Cut HBO facility food subsidy costs 75% by renegotiating contract and driving shift of model
from subsidy-based / cost-plus to P&L model.
o Saved $600,000 within one year of implementation and restructured contract to motivate
additional cost reduction through innovative profit-sharing with vendor and employees.

categories and departments.
o Restructured cost tracking into separate functional units and individual cost centers to support
HBO’s changing business needs.
§ Received Nationwide HBO Gryphon Award for eliminating $750,000 in potential lost revenue
and outside collection agency fees by bringing process in-house.
