Letter of Recommendation
I gladly write this letter of recommendation for Manoj Patidar and his numerous accomplishments as a Business Development Intern
for DoneThing during the summer of 2016. As the Head of Business Development for DoneThing I had the distinct pleasure of working
with and overseeing Manoj on a variety of marketing and sales initiatives for the two months he interned at our organizaton. When
Manoj joined us, he did not have any first-hand experience in communications, but he quickly exceeded our expectations by completing
new and challenging projects at a professional level. As a startup organization, which depends on a strong marketing strategy, Manoj’s
work left a lasting impact on our organization and places his in our top three outstanding interns we have had in the past 2 years.
Manoj’s passion for understanding marketing principals and public relations is evident in his work. He helped develop a marketing
strategy for our 2016 Offline Vendors Campaign by conducting relevant research on constituent bases and crafting effective messages
on our collaterals. He went above and beyond by volunteering to streamline our retail database and used his resourcefulness to find
an advanced solutions to transfer this large batch of data into our new CRM system. This new database will facilitate our outreach
efforts for years to come. Manoj is unique in that he not only has a great marketing sense and the technical know-how to contribute
on a variety of campaigns, but he also learned quickly how to integrate these ideas with our larger organizational objectives and this
made it easy for us to trust him with high-level projects.
Additionally, Manoj demonstrated professionalism and respect by timely submitting his projects and communicating clearly in staff
meetings. Our team was impressed by his final internship program, amassing our customer base through guerilla marketing, which
reflected his growth as a promising expert in marketing.
I therefore strongly recommend Manoj as an asset to your organization. As the head of our business development team, I have no
