Brief description of the project:
This is a part of Managed Services Project for one of the well-known Investment Banks based
in UK for their Reference Data platform. This project is designed to transform existing legacy
applications which consume data from various reference data sources, master/enrich it and distribute
it to end users/consumers.
Project is divided into four functionalities, Acquisition, Data Engine, UI and Distribution.
Acquisition is responsible to consume data from various sources and flow it to database. Data Engine
put required and mandatory rules on this data to shape it as per business requirement. UI holds
responsibility to modify data on User request or whenever any exceptions occur in data flow.
Distribution is responsible for sharing/exporting data to downstream in Xml format. There are various
downstream consumers which uses different applications to consume this data.
