It facilitates scanning, storage and retrieval of images and documents and provides standard imaging functions. It allows for creation of folder structures to suit business requirements and is hence generic in its approach. It also provides for indexing of documents, which is versatile and can be defined as per business requirements. CitiDocs also contains a ‘Workflow Engine’, which automates the process of document movement from folder to folder. The workflow rules are globally defined for the application.
