STRATEGIES FOR LAUNCHING FINACLE IN CANADA
• A Canadian local with MBA in finance from a leading
university, speaking both English and French and banking
experience will be appointed CEO
• He or she will report to CEO of USA
• Head office will be opened in Toronto
• Firstly any second tier bank will be approached and in a
strategic decision Finacle will be offered at free/
competitive/ deferred payment/ pay as you use or other
convenient business model
• This success story will be widely published in banking
magazines, new papers and at other platforms where top
banking decision makers interact which will help to get
more customers
7 Ps of Finacle in Canada
PRODUCT
• Finacle will be promoted as world class core
banking product
• The product already includes support for all
languages like French, so no customization may
be required
• If desired, separate modules may be developed
to meet the Canadian regulatory of particular
customer expectations

• For the Initial first company the pricing policy
will be liberal
