Marcopolo is responsible for all the employer's liabilities based on the Labour
Code, Tax Legislation and any other applicable laws of the Nepal Government.
Marcopolo bears responsibility for the timely payroll processing of the employees
and Tax reporting
Marcopolo calculates and processes all expenses, incurred by the contracted
employees, in strict accordance with the Tax Legislation and as per Client's
instructions within the agreed budget, i.e. insurance, meal allowance, cell phone & travel
expenses, per diem, entertainment, etc.
Marcopolo guarantees compliance with the current payroll processing and
record keeping requirements established in the country; it is responsible for up
keeping of employees' Labour books
