Analyse the biographiacal characteristics of a person
in organization
How about age
 There is a direct relationship between age and job
performance.
 Older workers are more committed than young
workers.
 Older person are more stable then the younger one,
because a junior worker has golden dream of life,
they change their place if they are not satisfied. But
senior worker hardly shifts his organization.
 Senior workers are more productive than the junior
workers so many organization think ‘old is gold’.
Comparison between young and old men
Old men:
Older finance manager have too
much experience and perfect in their
job.
Old employee know about
interpersonal skills, and
independence in the job and they
hard time worker.
Young men:
Young employee no experience and no
too much knowledge and young worker
know about new technology. Whether
its computers, PDAs or any other
device with bits and bytes, chances are
younger worker know how to use it.
Young worker also know about
diversity job-hopping, risk tacking,
balancing work/life issues, fulfilling
dreams.
How about tenure
 It indicates work experience.
The most evidence demonstrates
a positive relationship between
seniority and productivity.
How about marital status
 Marriage imposes increases
responsibilities that may make a
job more valuable and important.
 Married employees have fewer
absences, less turnover and are
more satisfied with their jobs than
are their unmarried workers.
How about gender
 There are important difference
between men and women that
will affect their job
performance for instance they
are different in problem solving
ability, analytical skills,
competitive drive, motivation,
sociability or learning ability.
 Women are generally polite and
gentle.
Working performance
 Suresh complete their work
before the deadline no mistakes
their work.
 Suresh is efficiency employee but
compared to young employee
(@27) pavan his work is slow
and Suresh do their work at the
fixed time.
Facilities to finance manager at their working
place
• Life insurance
• Retirement
• Increasing salary of experience
• Bonus and extra money
• Promotion
• Hospitality
Conclusion
According to me:
Young employee and old employee
also need in the organization.
Young employee know about new
technology and balancing the work
and old employee good experience,
good skills both are the works helps
the organisation achieve the success.

How about age  There is a direct relationship between age and job performance.  Older workers are more committed than young workers.  Older person are more stable then the younger one, because a junior worker has golden dream of life, they change their place if they are not satisfied. But senior worker hardly shifts his organization.  Senior workers are more productive than the junior workers so many organization think ‘old is gold’.
  • 6. Comparison between young and old men Old men: Older finance manager have too much experience and perfect in their job. Old employee know about interpersonal skills, and independence in the job and they hard time worker.
  • 7. Young men: Young employee no experience and no too much knowledge and young worker know about new technology. Whether its computers, PDAs or any other device with bits and bytes, chances are younger worker know how to use it. Young worker also know about diversity job-hopping, risk tacking, balancing work/life issues, fulfilling dreams.

How about gender  There are important difference between men and women that will affect their job performance for instance they are different in problem solving ability, analytical skills, competitive drive, motivation, sociability or learning ability.  Women are generally polite and gentle.
