industry is key to marketing
, strategy , building customer
loyalty , and enhancing
productivity . It enables
hotels to
personalise experience for
their guests , introduce better
hotel pricing strategies , and
expand their customer base.

❑ This data set has a shape (119390, 32)
which means that this dataset consist of
119390 rows and 32 columns .
❑ This data set consist of booking
information for different kinds of hotels ,
and includes information such
as lead time ,customers stay ,belonging of
cutomers ,length of stay among other
things
❑ What type of hotel does a customer book in general?
❑ Which year most of customers arrive?
❑ Which are the busiest months in the year of hotel booking?
❑ How many booking were cancelled.
❑ From which country most guests arrive.
❑ How customers booked their hotel from market segment.
❑ How many customers were stays in week nights and bookin
g changes?
❑ How many repeated customers?
❑ Deposit type payment of customer?
❑ Correlation of Data Set .

-: Conclusion :-
❖In general customers prefer city hotel and city hotel
cancellation were low.
❖In city hotel most booking was made from April to June and
peak in month of October and least bookings were made at
start and end of the year.
❖Portugal were the country which had maximum number of
hotel bookings.
❖Guests uses different channel for making booking , out of
which most preferred way were online through travel agent.
❖There are customers different deposite type like no
deposite,refundable ,non refundable ,80% people opted for
non refundable.
