3. Rules:
A total of 16 questions will be assigned to all teams.
Each question will be worth 10 points.
Each team gets 30 seconds to answer the question for first turn.
Inability to answer or wrong answer will result in passing of the
question to next team.
The point value of the question will decrease for the next team
i.e. 8 to first team, 7 to the second team.
Teams should only answer after the question is complete. Team
will have to guess the answer without options if they interject in
between a question.
