2. Schibsted Tech Polska (STP) has 75 parking places
available to be used by our employees: 10 on the ground
and 65 underground in Avatar building. We do have an extra
12 spots in a nearby parking lot and will let you know of them
during 1st working day. That sums up to 87 spots!!!
If you drive a car please use one of the ground places. For
the underground places you will need a special access card
(that will be delivered to you later on the 1st day).
Please call at the gate and say that you are going to STP.
Straight ahead - at the end of the building (see photo on the
right) you will then find 10 parking plates which show exactly
where you should park.
Kraków office – practical info
3. Please take with you one ID card (ID, passport, driving license) and tell at the front that the purpose of
the visit is your first day at Schibsted Tech Polska. The lady at the front desk will give you a guest pass
and inform us that you are waiting.
After formal registration during your first day, you will receive a regular access card to the building. This
means that you will be able to enter the office 24/7, but only to 4th and 6th floor (STP office) and
restaurant on -1.
According to building regulations we cannot use any other floors.
4. Our office is located in Olivia Business Centre - Olivia
FOUR (4 piętro) Grunwaldzka 472, 80-309 Gdańsk.
The best way to commute to work is by train (use SKM and
get out at Przymorze).
If you want to get to work by car don't forget to inform
Aleksandra Górna, so that we can get you a parking spot.
She will also request a parking card for you!
At your first day, just inform the reception desk that you are
starting at STP.Ola will meet with you right there.

Gdańsk office - practical info
5. On the first day we will tell you more about our daily life at STP. And you will of course meet your new
colleagues.
To give you a better understanding of how we work, we will meet with you (or have a video-call if you
are in Gdańsk) for a 3 hours long Orientation and tell you everything about practical procedures, office
and how we work together.
Your team leader will walk around with you and give you chance to meet everyone. Also the team
leader will help you to set up all the technical tools which you will use.
Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions!
Your first day at work
6. Usually we take our lunch break in 3 ways.
You can:
1. Prepare by yourself in our kitchen and eat while
watching TV.
2. In Kraków office: go for a lunch to -1 floor, where
there is a quite nice restaurant. Prices are regular
and you can choose what type of food (vegetarian,
soup, II meal or dessert) you would like to have.
Prices are between 10 to 20 PLN.
3. You can always order-in with others, but remember
that you need to pick up from the reception by
yourself (that's what employees from Gdańsk office
usually do).
Lunch

Documents to bring on the first day
During your first day you need to complete a few forms. Therefore we ask you to bring the following
documents:

9. Please also note that:
• during your first week you will have a partner introduction by video conferencing system
• during first quarter of your work you will visit your partner at their headquarter
• to finalize your probation you will have an evaluation talk with Department Manager/Team Leader
and HR- to sum up your time in STP
