1. HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR PHYSICAL
PERFOMANCE

Don`t take drugs: Many athletes take illegal substances
to enhance their permofance (doping), however, they
have numerous health risk such as dehydration, heart
failure…(It even can kill you).
You must have a nice nutrition: Food provides us energy
in the form of kilojoules or calories, it`s necessary to
have energy for moving, speaking…
Eat a balanced diet: It is been said that balanced diet
really is essential for good health, for instance, eating
proteins give you 4 calories/gram, but you have to be
careful with the amount of proteins you eat, therefore it`s
recommended to have a nice balanced diet.
Hydration: water is the main source of all life and without
it we wouldn`t be here, and besides it`s useful to cool
down, improves perfomance, carries nutrients… so drink
3 litres each day!
