Given the importance of our children in our society, it is
vital to know how child development can be so decisive
for any human being, that is why our action research
project is focused on an inclusive pedagogical proposal
that is characterized by knowing that methods,
resources, strategies, and activities that can be
implemented in students with special educational
needs such as autism, learning disability and some
disorders of the language and behavior. On the other
hand, our objective is to know what is the procedure to
create an inclusion plan in the Ilana Kindergarten and
what are the requirements that parents should meet.
Introduction
From another point of view, it could also
make educational institutions aware and
responsible for children, in such a way as to
ensure compliance with the new Colombian
legislative and educational regime where it
is mentioned that all private and public
institutions must provide an education
comprehensive, inclusive, healthy and
equitable for early childhood.
Law 115 of 1994, article 46 of integration with
the educational service “The academic and
social integration of students with exceptional
physical, sensory, psychic, cognitive, emotional
or intellectual capacity limitations as members
of the public educational service”. According
to Law 115 of February 8 of 1994, the congress
of the Republic of Colombia decrees that
“Educational establishments must organize
directly or through an agreement, pedagogical
and therapeutic actions that allow the process
of academic and social integration of said
students.”
To provide a comprehensive education
to each of our Colombian children and
ensure compliance and effectiveness of
the new Colombian educational
legislation.
This proposal could help many
teachers, and perhaps many
educational institutions.
Purpose
We have had the opportunity to see how
in different educational institutions a very
common problem has been presented and
it is inclusive education.
For institutions and teachers, in particular,
they do not have extensive knowledge
and do not know how to deal with it. Some
institutions know about the restructuring
of the legislative and educational system
but are not guaranteeing your
compliance.
Topic
So, it is for this reason that the topic we
want to investigate is inclusive
education and the management plan that
institutions must carry, such as the
documentation, methods, strategies,
resources, and activities that can be
implemented in the classes for children
with needs Special Educational.
Focus
We could initiate this research project in action covering the
problematic situation presented inthe Ilana kindergarten with
a general investigation on inclusive education, later we would
continue with the detailed study of children who present
specialeducational needs such as autism, learning
disability, Disorders of the behavioral and language and begin
with the collection of information and documentation of
students.
On the other hand, the focus of this research would be
directed to ¿What motivational, cultural, and recreational
activities would encourage the learning and development
of communicative skills of the mothertongue in students
with special educational needs of the Ilana Kindergarten?
The current school must be framed in an educational model that allows the inclusion of all students, leaving
aside exclusion, giving equal opportunities and treatment to all children, so that differences of social, gender,
economic, physical, mental and / or sensory, race etc., are not grounds for discrimination or marginalization.
To carry out a successful teaching and learning process with the student with special educational needs, the
teacher must first of all be willing to change, intuition, curiosity, desire for service and of course a lot of creativity,
the methodology and strategies must be flexible, Original, possible to be performed by the student with special
needs, it is about helping to reach goals, not causing anguish and frustration, feeling satisfaction and
appreciation for teaching and not going to cause any type of frustrations that worsen your condition.
The teacher must reinforce the self-esteem of the students, so that if they fail in the attempts they try again until
they achieve it, also arouse their confidence and faith in themselves, believe that they are capable and provide
them with the means to do so, it is not about doing the activities, it is about showing them the way, guiding them,
guiding them so that they arrive alone and enjoy reaching the goal.
Mode
For the collection of information, instruments will be used such as: the observation which focuses and the units of
analysis are selected according to the objectives and research question, the immersion is made in the context and
the characteristics of the physical environment are observed.
it constitutes in the environment, in this specific case of the school under study, without forgetting to record the
initial impressions of said observation, subsequently the social and human environment, where the distribution or
hierarchy of the personnel involved, ages, socio-economic level is looked at , cultural level, gender, occupations,
clothing, origins and initial impressions, then attention is directed towards the activities of people, who do, like,
when, where, media used, ways of attracting attention, myths , customs, religion.
Regarding the qualitative observation format, this is at the discretion of the researcher, taking into account that
everything that happens around must be observed, there is no standard format and this observation is made
directly by the person who investigates at any time can delegate it, as it would not be reliable. In the particular
case of this research, it is necessary to observe the arrival at school of students with special educational needs
(NEE), how they arrive, who accompanies them, who receives them, how they receive them, what is the attitude of
the teachers of the other students, what activities they do, who guides them, with whom they interact, how they
do the activities. According to what is observed and analyzed, other forms of gathering more information are
generated, so it is said that qualitative research is inductive.
This investigation could last
approximately 1 year
because this process is long
and has many details. For
example, the collection of
student information and
documentation would take
approximately 3 to 4 months.
Restructuring the curriculum
would take another time
such as 2 or 3 months-
in addition to this it would be
necessary to plan meetings
with parents, support teachers
and professionals who would
help and be part of this
process.
The planning of the activities
and implementation of new
resources and infrastructure of
the school would take a time of
other 6 monthsapproximately..

The observations of this investigation will be made in various situations of the school context of the students
under study, will take into account the circumstances that occur from when the child arrives at the school,
during their stay there during class hours, in the restaurant , at rest and so on, the required data is recorded in
the format with the addition of necessary notes, and the interpretation of the respective observer. The purpose
of this research is to propose successful strategies for the educational intervention of students with SEN that
fail in their school performance, analyzing situations, identifying difficulties and academic and social strengths,
so that they can be applied by all the teachers they have in their school groups to students with special
characteristics, with sufficient flexibility so that the entire educational community has access to them and
responds with the functions and responsibilities that correspond to each one as actors in the process.
Action
The measures that are expected to be taken as a result of this investigation will be carried out through evidence
collected in recordings and field diaries in which it can be demonstrated firsthand what the different problems,
advances, difficulties and strengths in the process have been teaching-learning in students with special
educational needs. These recordings and field diaries will be coordinated by the teacher so that they are
subsequently tabulated according to the specific information found in said information. This field diary will not only
be carried out by the teacher but also by some students and observers of the process, such as additional tutors
depending on the number of students with special educational needs. Through these it is expected to be able to
obtain results that are clear and consistent under established criteria such as the following:
1º How would you rate coexistence with your classmates in general from one to ten?
2nd Do you think it is important and / or necessary to have an additional tutor?
3rd, do you think the amount of information and explanations imparted by the teacher is relevant?
4th, were the activities fun and relevant for all students?
5th, was there an integration in the group?
6th, were the purposes and objectives in class development clear?
7th, what aspects would you improve in the games, explanations or activities developed?
8th Do you think the materials, tools and dynamics were relevant?
Among others.
life.
REPORTING
Once the evidence is clear, that is, the recordings, the field diaries and the information obtained tabulated
according to the established criteria, a detailed report will be written in which are specified what were the
reflections and challenges that teachers must assume. from the data thrown. The purpose is that the
different members of the educational institution have a precedent with which improvements and
proposals can be made on the different dynamics, activities and methodology to address the contents in
the class with the different students. Of course, taking into account the confidential information of the
members subject to said practice.
There are several forums where the information can be published in such a way that it can help not only
for teachers of the educational institution but also can be study material for other institutions which are
going through the process of transition of inclusion with students of Special educational needs. A tool that
can work for this purpose is the creation of a wiki, since the wiki is the construction from scratch of a page
on which topics can be proposed from which you can discuss, publish articles, documents, images, among
others . In addition, what can be modified by the different members that belong to the community, thus
carrying out a constant feedback process of the various publications carried out there.

Presentation online_Proposal action research

  • 1. NOVEMBER 28, 2019 Action research proposal By Maiden Julieth Sánchez Fajardo, Adriana Lucía Buritica, Kelly Johana Castillo and Luis Carlos Nuñez.
  • 3. Given the importance of our children in our society, it is vital to know how child development can be so decisive for any human being, that is why our action research project is focused on an inclusive pedagogical proposal that is characterized by knowing that methods, resources, strategies, and activities that can be implemented in students with special educational needs such as autism, learning disability and some disorders of the language and behavior. On the other hand, our objective is to know what is the procedure to create an inclusion plan in the Ilana Kindergarten and what are the requirements that parents should meet. Introduction
  • 4. From another point of view, it could also make educational institutions aware and responsible for children, in such a way as to ensure compliance with the new Colombian legislative and educational regime where it is mentioned that all private and public institutions must provide an education comprehensive, inclusive, healthy and equitable for early childhood.
  • 5. Law 115 of 1994, article 46 of integration with the educational service “The academic and social integration of students with exceptional physical, sensory, psychic, cognitive, emotional or intellectual capacity limitations as members of the public educational service”. According to Law 115 of February 8 of 1994, the congress of the Republic of Colombia decrees that “Educational establishments must organize directly or through an agreement, pedagogical and therapeutic actions that allow the process of academic and social integration of said students.”
  • 6. To provide a comprehensive education to each of our Colombian children and ensure compliance and effectiveness of the new Colombian educational legislation. This proposal could help many teachers, and perhaps many educational institutions. Purpose
  • 7. We have had the opportunity to see how in different educational institutions a very common problem has been presented and it is inclusive education. For institutions and teachers, in particular, they do not have extensive knowledge and do not know how to deal with it. Some institutions know about the restructuring of the legislative and educational system but are not guaranteeing your compliance. Topic
  • 8. So, it is for this reason that the topic we want to investigate is inclusive education and the management plan that institutions must carry, such as the documentation, methods, strategies, resources, and activities that can be implemented in the classes for children with needs Special Educational.
  • 9. Focus We could initiate this research project in action covering the problematic situation presented inthe Ilana kindergarten with a general investigation on inclusive education, later we would continue with the detailed study of children who present specialeducational needs such as autism, learning disability, Disorders of the behavioral and language and begin with the collection of information and documentation of students. On the other hand, the focus of this research would be directed to ¿What motivational, cultural, and recreational activities would encourage the learning and development of communicative skills of the mothertongue in students with special educational needs of the Ilana Kindergarten?
