Hai Dang Mai is a senior engineer and university lecturer in Vietnam with over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and transportation infrastructure. He holds a Doctor Ing. from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees in France and has worked on major transportation projects in Vietnam and France. Currently, he is the Dean of the Faculty of International Education Center and Chief of the Civil Engineering Division at the University of Communication and Transport, where he trains engineers and researches transportation infrastructure design.
