of services, providing engineering design and consulting services on large infrastructure - environmental
projects. Main Company Activities are:

Planning and design projects (transport engineering, highway / road design, road safety audits,
environmental impact assessment studies, environmental and water quality control studies)
Technical support and evaluation of co-financed development programs (R.O.R., CEF, H2020 etc).
2013-present: Member of the Board (Responsible for the International Projects) and Member of the Monitoring
Committee (body discussing capital technical issues prior of introducing to the Board) of
EGNATIA ODOS S.A.
EGNATIA ODOS S.A. is a state company responsible for planning, constructing and operating the
EGNATIA highway (670 km of length in main highway plus 300 km of length in vertical axes). Main
