Recommendations:
 The batch production should be converted into process flow production.
 The lot which is being manufactured regardless of the lot size, specific amount of pieces
should be passed to the next processing step in order to save time.
 Conversion of batch to process flow will save time and will increase productivity level.
 With the help of this order can be prepared more effectively and efficiently and on time.
 Bottleneck will be reduced and it will become more like line production.
 Rework should be done according to the production criteria. Rework should be given first
priority, so that the flow of production process doesn’t suffer any kind of production
hindrance.
 Observing and taking specific measures and actions on this will provide more efficient
process flow and ultimately it will increase productivity which will result in more profit
generation.
