Hellow!!!! To all of you my friends
I am here because of my teacher I am thanks full to my teacher he
gives me this wonderful chance to come in front of you to describe
Three level of Managers.
Today is my topic of three level managers in this topic I use first line
Manager is our Dean of university and Middle manager is Chair-
person and top manager is our Pro. Vice-Chancellor
And I have use little bit story of our student, in this story I have use
one organization That name Is ISO (Isra Student Organization).

3. There is one organization his name is Isra Student organization. The organization work is to
organized university events like ; i-cube, IEEE, orientation and etc.
One is the student of isra university, He hear that is day of colorful day Which is called HOLI
(Colorful day).. He decide that he talks his friends about this events to celebrate in our
university. He Talks with whole friend to celebrate this events, they are all agree with is
friend decision. So the organization (ISO) member have decide with each other to
celebrate HOLI events in Isra university.
Now!
They have to decide talk with president of ISO to celebrate this event in our
university with lots of fun.
They president have agree with his plan to celebrate this event in our university, but he say
that firstly I talk with our Dean of our university to celebrate this events.

ISO president goes to talk with Dean to celebrate
this HOLI event in our university, Dean Replied that I
talk about this event to chair person of University.

6. Dean of university talk to chair person about this event
to celebrate in our university, Chair person said that it is
fantastic plan , but have talk with our Pro. Vice
Chancellor of our university.

7. Now!
Chair person talk with our Pro. VC to celebrate this event in our university.
Pro. VC said that it’s good plan to celebrate. We celebrate this event after
paper, we celebrate this HOLI event with equality. There is no rubbish & foolish
movements in this event of Holi
It is your duty to make this event good.
