COLLEGE CHAPTER 1.
- LEGAL FRAMEWORK
Article 1. "The school isthe educational systemunit,responsible forthe teachingandlearning
aimedat achievingthe objectivesestablishedbythe legislation." Todothis,itarticulatesthe
participationof the differentpeoplewhomake upthe educational community:professional
managers,teachers,parentsand/or guardians,children,adolescents,youngadults, staff and
auxiliaryteaching,supportteamsthatensure the comprehensive nature of education,integral
membersof school cooperativesandotherorganizationslinkedtothe institution. Article
2. The organizationof educational institutionsisgovernedaccordingtothe followinggeneral
criteriawill be adaptedtothe levelsandmodalities,those arising fromArticle 65of Law No.
13,688, namely:1.define ascommunitywork,yourprojecteducationwiththe participationof
all itsmembers,respectingthe principlesandobjectivessetoutinthisAct andlegislationin
force;2. promote modesof institutionalorganizationtoensure democraticdynamicconvening
and participationinthe school experience of children,adolescents,youngadultsand
seniors;3.adopt the principle of non-discriminationinaccessandeducational pathof children,
adolescents,youngadultsandseniors; 4.provide school teamsthe possibilityof having
institutional spacesfordevelopingtheirjointeducational projects; 5.promote the creationof
spacesfor coordination,cooperationandpartnershipbetweeneducational institutionsof state
managementandprivate management; 6.promote intersectoral andinter-institutionallinks
withthe areas thatare consideredrelevanttopurpose of ensuringthe provisionof social,
psychological,legal,educational psychologyandmedical services toensure appropriate
conditionsforlearning; 7.developinstitutional self-evaluationprocessesinordertoreview the
pedagogical andmanagementpracticesandfollow the progressof academicresults; 8.make
proposalsforcurricularcontextualizationandspecificationinthe contextof the provincial
curriculumguidelines,tomeetthe characteristicsandneedsof studentsandtheircontext; 9.
def define theircode of living; 10.promote initiativesaimedatthe developmentof
educational experiences; 11.maintainsystematicandinstitutionalizedregularlinkswiththe
social context,todevelopoutreachactivities,promoteandparticipate innetworkingthat
strengthencommunitycohesionandintervene againstthe diversityof situationspresenting
children,adolescents,youngadults,seniorsandtheirfamilies; 14| 12. DGCyE promote
communityinvolvementthroughschool cooperationandothercollective,unitedand
organizedinall educational establishmentsforms; 13.promote the use of school facilitiesfor
recreational,expressive andcommunityactivities; 14.promote educational experiences
outside school,withthe aimof allowingchildren,adolescents,youngadultsandseniorsmeet
national andprovincial geography,experience physical andsportsactivitiesinurbanand
natural environmentsandaccessto yourlocal cultural activitiesandothers. Article 3. All
educational institutionsthatconstitute the ProvincialEducational Systemhave skillsthatare
specific:school organization,orgánicofuncionalesplantsfromtheirteachingand
administrative/auxiliaryof education,formaleducational structures,physical space andsocial
contextpersonnel,accordingtocurrenteducationpolicyunderthe rightto
education. Privatelyrunestablishmentsmayissue itsowninternal regulations. The rules
containedinthisRegulationare applicable unlesstheyare inconsistentwiththe rightsgranted
to themby the laws.
CHAPTER 2. EDUCATION COMMUNITY
Article 4 °. The membersof the educational community,assubjects of rights,have rightsand
obligationstobe articulatedunderstandingthe necessarycorrespondencewithone
another. Article 5. The membersof the educational communitymustpursue asharedand
cooperative projectinwhicheachmustensure the rightsand dutiesassignedbythe National
and Provincial Constitutions,laws,theseRegulationsandotherapplicablestandards,forthe
purposesof the institution. Article6. The membersof the educational community,assubjects
of social rightto education,shouldcontribute tobuildingademocraticinstitutional culture
that assumesintheirpractices,respectforhumanrights,bothcivil andpolitical aseconomic,
social and cultural rights. 2.STUDENTS 1. Article 7. Studentsinindividualschoolsare the main
recipientsandessential subjectsof the educational act. These are due toall guaranteesin
termsof lawsandthese Regulations,beinganinalienableresponsibilityof the State
compliance. Article8. Accordingto Article 88 of Law No. 13,688 Law "All studentshave the
same rights,obligationsand/or responsibilitieswiththe distinctionsarisingfromtheirage,
educationlevelormodalitythatare pursuingand/ or establishedbylawsspecial.
Theyare yourrights:a. A comprehensiveandequal education, contributingtothe
developmentof hispersonality,enablesthe acquisitionof knowledge,skillsandsense of
responsibilityandsocial solidarityandtoensure equal opportunitiesandpossibilities. b. Enter,
remaininand graduate fromall publiceducationproposals. c.Be protectedagainstany
aggressionorphysical,psychological ormoral abuse. d.Be evaluatedontheirperformanceand
achievements,asrigorousandscientificallysoundcriteria,atall levels,arrangements,areas
and guidance system,andinformed. and. Receive oursocial,cultural andeducational support
necessarytoensure equal opportunitiesandpossibilitiesthatallow youtocomplete
compulsoryeducation. Theymayalsorequestthe financial supportnecessarytoensure their
rightto education. f.Accesstopublicinformationopenandfree mode. g.Receive vocational,
academicand professional-occupationalguidancethatwill enable insertionintothe working
worldand pursuingotherstudies. h. Integratingassociations,cooperatives, children'sclubs
and studentcentersorothercommunityorganizationstoparticipate inthe operationof
educational institutions. i.Participate inthe formulationof projectsandinchoosing
complementarycurriculumareasthattendto develophigherlevelsof responsibilityand
autonomyintheirlearningprocess. j.Developtheirlearninginbuildings,facilitiesand
equipmentthatmeetslegalstandardsof healthandsafety. k.Itisincludedinthe same turn
and schedule theirparentsand/or children, whateverthe levelthateveryonebe traveling,in
the case of childrenstudentsparentsstudentsorvice versa.
"Article 9. Theypursuantto Article 89 of Law No.13,688 obligationsand/or responsibilities
are as follows.
to. Attendschool until completingcompulsoryeducation. b.Studyandstrive toachieve
maximumdevelopmentaccordingtotheirabilitiesandpossibilities. c.Attendclassregularly
and on time. d.Participate inall trainingandcomplementaryactivities. and. Respectfreedom
of conscience,belief anddignity,legitimate authority,integrityandprivacyof all membersof
the educational community. F.Participate andcollaborate inimprovingschool lifeand
achievingaclimate of studyat the institution. g.Respectthe Institutional Projectof the School
and meetthe standardsof organization,coexistence anddiscipline of the school
establishment. 16| DGCyE h. Conserve andmake gooduse of the facilities,equipmentand
materialsof the educational establishment
2.2 PARENTS AND RESPONSIBLE
Article 12 °. This title shall applythe rulesgoverningthe exercise of parental authority,
guardianship,curatorshipandguardianship. Article 13°. The linkestablishedbetweenthose
responsible forthe studentandthe school includes:1.the dutyof care, bythe institutionand
itsstaff,while performingeducationaleventsinwhichstudentsparticipate; doesnotpreclude
the exercise of the rightsanddutiesarisingof parental authority,guardianship,curatorship
and / or storedinboth are concurrentand complementaryobligationtocomprehensive
care; 2. strict compliance withcourtdecisionsrelatedtothe studentandthose responsible for
it.
2.3.- STAFF
Article 17 °. All staff of the school will adjustitsactionsthe principle of legalityarisingfromthe
currentregulations. Directivesandordersitisgivenmustcomplywiththisprinciple. The staff
will recordinwritingof itsrejectionof anyorderthat deviatesfromthisstandard. 2.3.1.
STAFF
Article 18 °. The rightsand obligationsof teacherswhoworkinestablishmentsof state
managementare prescribedbythe Teachers'Statute,Law No.10,579, as amended,
complementaryandregulations,the relevantpartof Law No.13,688 Law No. 13,552 Law,this
Regulation,anyotherapplicable rule of publicpolicy,sanctionedinprotectionof the general
interestandthe specificlegislationthatincludesthe educationsystem. Teachersin
educational establishmentsof private managementhave the same obligations,theyshall
conformto the same incompatibilitiesandenjoythe rightsestablishedforthe staff of
educational establishmentsof state management,subjecttothe specificprovisionsof Law
13,688 and to the extenttheyare compatible withthe nature of the relationshipof private
employment,obligationsandrightsarisingunderexistinglaborlawsandcollective bargaining
inthe sector.2.3.2.
ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
Article 19 °. The rightsand obligationsof administrativeand/or auxiliaryof educationwho
workin establishmentsof state managementare prescribedbyLaw No.10,430, as amended
and supplemented,itsregulations,the relevantpartof Law No.13,688 Law, Law No.13,453,
thisRegulation,anyotherprovisionof law andorderand protectingsanctionedinthe general
interestandapplicable regulations. Non-teachingstaff of educationalestablishmentsprivately
run, have the rightsand obligationsfromthe LaborContract Law, professional statutesthat
are applicable,collectivebargaininginthe sectorandthisRegulation.
EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY
CHAPTER 1. EDUCATION ACT
Article 30 °. educational actis consideredtobe anycurricular,extracurricularand/or
complementaryactivitycarriedoutunderthe care of the educationauthoritywithout
distinguishingday,time andplace in whichtheyoccur inthe contextof current educational
policiesandinstitutional project. Article 31°. The educationact has as itsfoundationthe
student,consideredasa subjectof learningwithinthe frameworkof the promotionand
protectionof theirrightsunderexistingrules. Article 32°. The school isa place to settle
betweenall asa level of trusttoprovide the securitynecessaryforthe interactionof teachers,
studentsandothermembersof the educational community,consideringmistakes,successes,
tentative answersandpotential aspartof the learningprocess. Article 33 °. Whenthe
educational actisaddressedtochildrenandadolescentsthe frameworkof thisactivitywill be
the bestinterestsof the same,asthe Conventiononthe Rights of the ChildandLaw No.
13,298 Law understoodas"the maximumcomprehensive andsimultaneoussatisfactionof
theirrights,withinaframeworkof freedom, respectanddignity,toachievetheirpotentialand
developmentof comprehensive andharmoniousunfoldingof hispersonality."20| DGCyE
Article 34 °. In any educational actwill be applicable the principleof the bestinterestsof
children,asthe prescribedbyArticle 4of Law No. 13,298. Article 35 °. To determine the best
interestsof the childina particularsituationmustbe assessed:1.the specificstatusof
childrenassubjectsof rights,2. the viewsof childrenaccordingtotheirpsychophysical
development,3.the needforbalance betweenrightsandguaranteesof childrenandtheir
duties,4. the needforbalance betweenthe rightsandguaranteesof childrenandthe
demandsof a justand democraticsociety.
EPISODE 2.-
GENERAL FRAMEWORK OF TEACHING WORK AND TEACHING ASSIGNMENT
Article 36 °. It is understoodthe teachingworkbyteachersandeducational constitutingactsin
accordance withthisRegulation,the rulesinforce andthe InstitutionalProject. Article 37
°. The general frameworkof all teachersansweredthe followingpurposes. 1.Fulfillingthe
goalsand objectivessetbyArticle 16of Law No. 13,688 and the guidelinesof the provincial
educationpolicy. 2.Avoidall formsof discriminationinaccess,retention,promotion,career
and school completionstudents. 3.Complywiththe comprehensive care of studentsin
accordance withlegal regulations. 4.Fleshdemocraticpracticeswithinthe Institutional
Project,ininter-sectoralandinter-institutional linkagesthatmake the institution. 5.Improve
teachingpracticesconstantly. 6.To promote the integrationandcooperationwiththe entire
educational community. 7.Facilitate the generationof learningexperiencesinsideandoutside
the school environment,withthe aimof providingdifferentperspectivesfromthe educational
actionthat bringsthe studentto otherexperiencesof culture inall itsmanifestations. 8.
Encourage the participationof studentsandtheirparentsand/ or responsible informulating
projects.
1.2 INSTITUTIONAL EDUCATIONAL EQUIPMENT:1.2.1.
DRIVING POSITIONS:
to. Institutional managementteamArticle44°. Institutional managementteaminstate-run
establishments,iscomposedof the followingpositions:Director,DeputyDirector,Regent
(Technical StudyGroup) andSecretary. Article 45.The exercise of institutionalmanagement
chargesis setto compliance withcommoncomputertasks,withoutprejudice tothe position
of eachhierarchical scale hierarchyandtasks. Article 46 °. The general frameworkandspecific
teamactivitiesinstitutional managementinclude jointaction,supervision,organization,
coordination,articulationandorientationof theirstaff tobetterimplementcurrentcurriculum
underthe ProjectInstitutional. TeamCompetitionDriving,accordingtothe nature of the
respective positioninvolves:1.share responsibilitiesinplanning,participatorydevelopment
and implementationof the InstitutionalProjectinall itsaspectswiththe restof the
institutional equipment; 2.drive the curriculumdevelopmentprocessinresponsetoexisting
designs,tothe particularitiesof subjectsandcontexts,toachievethe highestqualityof
education;General Rulesof the educational institutionsof the province of BuenosAires| 25 3.
coresponsablemente attendandensure the restof the institutional teamtrainingprocessof
students,basedonrespectfuldialogue alsorecognize errorasa source of learning;4.promote
variousinstancesInstitutional Projectassessmentbythe teachingteam, makingadjustments
and periodicandinparticularpriorto the start of the school yearreformulations; 5.monitorin
the processand evaluate the developmentof the Institutional Project; 6.know,communicate,
implementandrequire compliance staff of the institutionof regulatoryrequirements
applicable tothe educationsystem; 7.meetthe needsof students,especiallychildrenand
adolescents,ensuringcontinuedrespectfortheirrightsandputtingintooperationinternaland
external protectionmechanismsthereof; 8.Establishand/or strengthenlinkswiththe
communitypartnerenvironment.

Article 50 °. It is the highesthierarchical scale teachershierarchyof the institutionandhasthe
primaryresponsibilitytoleaditinthe contextof educationpolicy andregulationsinforce,the
InstitutionalProjectandrepresentit.ItsactionisframedinArticles36,37 and 44 to 46 of this
Regulation. Tasksof the DirectorArticle 51 °. The tasks of the director,framedinthe provisions
of Articles38 to 42 andArticles47 and 48 of thisRegulation,includesthe responsibilitytolead
the implementationprocessof the respective curriculumdesignandInstitutional Project
accordingto the followingdimensionsof action:1 . the teachinginbotheducational acts
underArticle 30 and concordantof this. 2. The administrative anddocumentaryhistoryasan
expressionof the institutionaltask. 3.The Communitypartnerasnecessaryconditionof the
relationshipof the institutionwiththe context.

Article 56 °. The deputyheadisthe hierarchical teachingstaff,integratingthe leadershipteam,
attendsthe responsibilityof institutional management,inaddition,accountingmanager
replacementinthe followingcases:1.inthe shiftunderhiscare; 2. on the occasionof absence
of the former. The replacementisgivenunderthe Institutional Projectandthe provisionsof
thisRegulation. DeputytasksArticle57. The Vice Directorshall:1.act inthe area of
competence withthe aimof promotingthe righttoeducationunderthe termsestablishedby
Law No.13,688 and curriculain force; 2. share withthe principal drivingtasksandcoordination
teamprescribingthisRegulation; 3.cooperate infulfillingthe tasksof the Directorregarding
boththe pedagogical aspectssuchasadministrativeandcommunitysocioprescribedbythis
Regulation;4.performitstaskinvolvedinthe design,developmentandevaluationof the
InstitutionalProjectinaccordance withtheircompetence; GeneralRulesof the educational
institutionsof the province of BuenosAires| 31 5. subscribe tothe directorgeneral indications
communicationsortonotify; 6. monitordirectlytothe teachersincharge of the subjects/
fields;7.To monitorthe developmentof institutional activity,informandpropose intervention
strategiesaccordingtotheirobservationsandagreedInstitutionally; 8.informthe principal,
any fact or institutionallysignificantnovelty; 9.To form teamsto addressthe current
curriculumguidelinesDirectoratesLevelsand/or conditionstowhichthe institutionbelongs
and implementnecessaryforachievingthe purposesactions,objectivesandgoalsproposedin
the Institutional Project; 10. Ensure the development,implementation,communicationand
systematicevaluation of the InstitutionalProjectthroughvariousdevicesandinterventions,
encouragingthe participationof all institutional subjects; 11. Take charge of the actionsagreed
underthe Planfor Educational Continuity,takingcharge sectionswhere appropriate;
technical andstudyregents. Article 58°. It is the hierarchical teachingstaff teammember
drivinginstitutionsSecondaryLevelincharge of the pedagogiccoordinationof curricular
activitiesprescribedbyCycle andMode accordance withthe provisions of thisRegulation. 32
| Tasks DGCyE Regente Article 59°. The regentcomplies,withinitscompetence,the following
tasks. 1. Act inthe area of competence inorderto promote the rightto educationunderthe
termsestablishedbyLawNo.13,688 and curriculain force. 2. Assume the actionsagreedin
the Institutional ProjectfordrivingequipmentprescribedbythisRegulation. 3.Coordinationof
activitiesof the Departmentsof relatedorsimilarmaterialsof curricularorganizationthatare
placedundertheirresponsibility. 4.Jointcoordinationwiththe InstitutionalProjectandits
development,implementationandevaluation. 5.Linkingmaterials,spacesand/or subjects
withthe immediatelyprecedingorsubsequentcycle. 6.Directsupervisionof teachersin
charge of the subjects/disciplines.
SecretaryArticle 60 °. It ishierarchical teachingstaff teammemberdrivingisresponsible for
the technical andadministrativeaspectsof the Institutional Project,inaccordance withthe
provisionsof Articles36,37, and 44 to 46 of thisRegulation. TasksSecretaryArticle61 °. The
tasksof the Secretary,framedinthe provisionsof Articles38 to 42 andArticles47 and 48 of
thisRegulation,are asfollows. 1.Actin the area of competence withthe aim of promotingthe
rightto educationunderthe termsestablishedbyLaw No.13,688 and curriculainforce. 2.
Assume the actionsagreedunderthe Institutional Projectfordrivingequipmentprescribedby
thisRegulation. 3.Complete the administrativeproceduresof the institutionthatitis
responsible. 4.Observe andreportanysituationdirectorof institutional relevance,relatedto
itsfunction,andpropose innovationsasappropriate. 5.Take charge of the actionsagreed
underthe Planfor Educational Continuity,takingcharge sectionswhere appropriate. 6.To
prepare the teachingandadministrativecomptrollerunderthe rulesgoverningthe
establishmentandsignittogetherwiththe Director. 7.Attendall administrativeaspectsof the
institutionanditsrelationshipwithdistrictbodies -CouncilSchool,TeachersAffairsSecretariat
and othersandsupervisorylevelsthatmaycorrespond. 8. To receive,toprocessandadvise
teachersregardingteachingownadministrative proceduresandinstitutional situation. 9.To
issue the certificatesandadministrative certifications,dependingonthe nature of
administrativestatesinvolved.

Article 69 °. It is the hierarchical teachingstaff isresponsible underthe provisionsof Articles74
and 75, alongwiththose of the preceptor,the followingtasks. 1.Actin the area of
competence withthe aimof promotingthe righttoeducationunderthe termsestablishedby
Law No.13,688 and curriculain force. Performthe supportof the tasksassignedtostudentsto
monitorthe learningprocess. 2.Checkthe hygiene andpresentationof the bedroomsand
wardrobe groupresponsible. 3.Organize yourfree time,seekingnotinterfere withthe
proposalsof othergroups. 4. To contribute tothe generationof hygiene andpersonal care. 5.
Activelyparticipateinthe care of Foodservice. 6.Takingcare of studentsduringtheir
illnesses. 7.Fulfill yourworkloadsix hours. 8.To fulfillthe tasksassignedtoitunderthe
InstitutionalProjectandasrelevantto the nature and competence of charge andis basedon
mattersof promotingrightsof students.
Teacher-Master
Article 72 °. It is the facultybase of the institutionthatisresponsible forthe implementationof
the curriculuminthe classroomor in the space where the educational actoccurs,a taskshared
withothermembersof the teachingstaff underthe Institutional Project. Theirspecifictasksin
additiontothose setout inArticles38 to 41 of thisRegulationthe following. 1.Promote within
the scope of itsjurisdictionthe righttoeducationunderthe termsestablishedbyLaw No.
13,688 and curriculainforce. 2. Participate inthe development,implementationand
adjustmentof the Institutional Projectandactionstomake institutionalself-evaluation. 3.
Articulate theirworkwiththe othermembersof the institutional faculty,promotingschool
careerof students. 4.Plan,prepare andteach classesteachingevaluatingtheirtaskin
coordinationwiththe teachingstaff andmeetingthe teamdrivingdirectionsandrelevant
supervisorylevel. 5.Take charge of the actionsagreedunderthe Planfor Educational
Continuity. 6.To submitinwritingtheirplanstofi nto facilitate theirknowledge andpromote
the constructionof educational memoryof the institution. 7.Introduce tostudentsandtheir
responsible contentsandannual workexpectations,basedonthe specificitiesof the students
intheircare. 8. Arrange the classroomand contribute tothe school systembyestablishingand
promotinghygieneand safetyinthe studentsresponsible,underthe Institutional Project. 9.
Complywiththe care of studentsduringthe entrance andexitof the turnand duringrecess
accordingto the guidelinescontainedinArticle 39to 41 of thisRegulationandthe respective
InstitutionalProject,the particularitiesof the level,type and/or scope.
1.3.1. ADMINISTRATIVE AND / OR SUBSIDIARY OF EDUCATION
Article 85 °. The teamformedbythe auxiliaryeducationstaff of eacheducational institutionof
state managementhas,amongotherfunctions,care forand cleanthe accommodation
facilitiesandvariousagencies,includingthe bedroomsandlaundry,whentheyhave sucha
service ,thiswiththe aimof tendingtoensure the hygiene andsecurityof the educational
space;prepare mealsat foodservice establishmentsthere,framedthatrole inthe scope
definedforthe purpose bythe healthfoodpolicyof the Provinceof BuenosAires.
2.2.2. ASSISTANCE EVALUATION,ACCREDITATION, PROMOTION AND CERTIFICATION OF
STUDENTS
Article 100 °. Each institutionwill use inthisrespectthe requirementssetbythe Curricular
Designsandassistance schemes,evaluation,accreditation,promotionandcertificationunder
applicable regulations,bylevel andmodality. Article101 °. Institutionalevaluationactionsset
out inthe Institutional Projectshall complywiththe guidelinescontainedinthe previous
article andwill be dulycommunicatedtostudentsandresponsible. Article 102°.The
applicationof newcurriculawill notaffectthe rights acquiredbythe studentsincludedinthe
changes,forwhichpurpose Levelsand/or rulesshall provide the necessarydevices.
2.2.4. COEXISTENCE AGREEMENTS
Article 105 °. The Institutional Projectinvolvesthe definitionof ownlivingarrangementsof the
institutionwiththe active participationof all membersof the educational community. Article
106 °. Cohabitationagreements,while space regulationof attachmentrelationshipsinvolve
and require effective compliance byteachers,students,parentsorguardians,management,
administrativestaff and/or auxiliaryeducation,technical andothersmembersof the
educational community. Article107 °. Cohabitationagreementswillhave asmainpurpose to
facilitate appropriateforthe exerciseof the rightsof teachingandlearningandthe
comprehensive care of all those involvedconditions. Article108 °. Cohabitationagreements,
subjecttothe principle of legalityandguidelinesestablishedbyeachlevel,mode and/or field,
shall ensure:1.democraticandparticipatorydevelopment; 2.regularupdatingand,if
necessary,revision; 3.the particularitiesof the Institutional Project,explainingthe
interventionstrategiesregardingthe dutyof care. 4. Respectfor the principle of educational
inclusion. Article 109 °. The sanctionsestablishedthatthese agreementswillbe subjectto
compulsoryeducation,comprehensive protectionof rightsof childrenandadolescentsand
theirowneducational purposesof the institution.
2.2.8. INSCRIPTION
Article 127 °. Registrationasa firstact of educational inclusionisthe processbywhichthe
studentaccessto vacanciesestablishmentisregulateddependingonthe leveland
correspondingmode. Levelsand/or modalitiesestablishedregistrationdevices. Article128
°. The registrationperiodforstudentsineducational institutionsincludedinthisRegulation
shall be setby eachyear's calendarof educational activities. Registrationafterthe deadline
may notconditionthe rightto educationof students. Article 129 °. Registrationandallocation
of vacanciespupilsinprivatelyrunestablishmentsshall complywiththe general law,the rights

2.2.9. ALLOCATION OF VACANCIESIN THE EARLY YEARS OF MANDATORY LEVELS
Article 130 °.Ineducational institutionsof state management,parentsorguardiansof students
can enroll tofill vacanciesinthe earlyyearsof the differentlevelseligierenmandatorymeeting
the requirements establishedforthispurpose.Vacanciesandshiftswill be assignedaccording
to the followingpriorities.1.Continuityincase of pedagogical articulationbetweenlevelsand
/ or dulyestablishedmodalities.2.Brothersof regularstudentsof the educational
establishment.cohabitingsituationsarisinginotherconformationsgroupsorfamilystructures
are covered,whichshall be conclusivelyproven.3.Accordingproximityof home toeducational
establishmentable toenter.Inthe eventthatthe studentprovestheirclosenesstohome inan
area where there ismore thanan educational institutionandnotanyvacancy in the chosen,it
will be consideredthatpriorityaccesstonearestyourhome islocated.4. Childrenof teachers
and otherstaff of the educational establishmentandthe establishmentsthatarticulate
pedagogically.5.Publicdraw:will be usedinthe /the case / casesthat evenwiththe use of
the above items,persiststhe existence of asmanycandidatesthanvacancies. 6.The registered
afterthe deadline.
2.2.12. INPUTAND OUTPUT OF STUDENTS
Article 151. The entryof studentswill occurinaccordance withthe prescribedcurriculumand
credithoursby shiftandschedule communicatedbythe institution,incompliance withthe
provisionsof thisRegulationin"School Day". Includedwithinthissituationall educational acts
which,inturn or to turn andas part of the Institutional Project,organizedasestablishedin
Article 30 of thisRegulation. Article 152 °. The outputof studentswill occuratthe endof the
respective workload,shiftandscheduleaccordingtothe forecaststatementunderthe
precedingarticle. The dutyof care will extendbeyondthistime inexceptionalsituationsthat
endangerthe minorstudentandInstitutional Projectprovideforthe respectivemodesof
interventionunderthe provisionsof Articles38paragraph 1, 39, 40 and 41 of this. Article 153
°. In the eventthata studentisnot removedatthe endof the shift,seniorstaff and/or the
teacherincharge will performthe actionsavailable tolocate parentsand/or guardiansof the
child,requiringhisappearance toremove the same. Exceededwithinone (1) hour,the
interveningteacher,whowill alwaysbe accompaniedbyanotheradultlinkedtothe
institution, informthe Directorandthe surveillanceandgive interventiontothe Local Service
Protectionof Rightstofi n's assumingthe care of the child. Failingwill resorttoZonal Service
and insituationsof lackof response requestthe interventionof the Judicial AdvisoryJuvenile
or Youth Advocate. ByDecisionrecordof all proceedingsshallbe recorded. Monitoringwill
extendthe justificationsfortardinessorabsencesthatthe antecedentcause the personnel
involved. 56 |DGCyE Article 154 °. Outputof Initial Level students,parentsand/or guardians
may,prior registrationsignature,toadultstowithdraw the studentuponcompletionof class
time.
2.2.13. STAY AND EARLY WITHDRAWAL OF STUDENTS
Article 158 °. The studentonce enteringthe facilityshould remainuntil the completeendof
the school shift. Underno circumstancesmaybe withdrawnwithoutauthorizationfromthe
educationauthorityduringthe school day.
2.2.17. SCHOOL DRESS
Article 175 °. The dressmay notbecome a cause for noncompliance with compulsoryschool
prescribedbylaw. Article 176 °. Levelsand/or modeswill determine the general conditionsto
abide bythat tendto meetthe bestconditionsforthe educational developmentof curriculum
and institutional coexistence. Article177 °. Educational institutions,withinthe frameworkof
the general conditionslaiddowninthe previousarticleandunderthe respectiverulesof
coexistencemayresolve issuesrelatedtotheirspecificresponse andwithoutrestrictingthe
exercise of individual freedoms. Article 178 °. The same criteriaapplyto all teachers,
administrativeand/or auxiliaryeducation.
2.2.18. Books, suppliesLABORATORY AND INSTRUMENTAL
Article 179 °. Books,supplies,materialssupport,laboratoryinstrumentsandotherexisting
technical andtechnological supportinthe educational institutionare intendedtofull use and
isthe commonheritage tothe entire educationalcommunitywithoutrestrictionotherthan
the ordering,care and gooduse thereof. General Rulesof the educational institutionsof the
province of BuenosAires| 59 Article 180 °. For the realizationof the educational acttheymay
not require studentstootherusefulmaterialsorteachingaidsthatare notstrictly
necessary;inanycase unique andmandatorytextbookisrequired.
2.2.21. SYMBOLS, AND ACTS SCHOOL CALENDAR
Article 190 °. Educational institutionsinthe province shouldpromote the knowledge and
respectof national andprovincial symbols. Article191 °. The manifestationsof homage
assume the followingways. 1.Duringschool hoursand acts relatedtonational holidaysremain
hoistedthe national flag. She washoistedandloweredtothe beginningandendof the school
day daytime withall the studentsandteacherspresentatthe opportunity. 2.The Provincial
Shieldbe placedinavisible andprominenteducational institutions. 3.The National Cockade
will be lucidabyteachersandstudentsduringthe weeksof Mayand Julyandin everyother
occasionthat deservesit,exceptconscientiousobjection. 4.The National Anthemshouldbe
taught inall educational institutions. The school calendarprescribe whentobe sungduring
school events. 5.The school acts will contribute tothe constructionof national andLatin
Americanidentitypromotingacademicandcultural eventsinthisregard,withbroad
communityparticipation.
INFRASTRUCTURE AND EQUIPMENT
CHAPTER 1. HERITAGE
Article 281 °. Educational institutionsare responsibleforthe preservationof theirtangible and
intangible heritage (symbolicand cultural). Article 282°. Up the assetsas materialsthe
followinggoods. 1.The buildingsoccupiedoreducational establishment. 2.Movable property
foundinthe or buildings,are of use or ornamentation. 3.The livestockthatare usedforthe
purposesof implementingthe curriculum,if applicable. 4.machinery,tools,equipmentand
computerlaboratorieswithwhichaccountthe educationalinstitution. 5.The bibliographical
material andotherresourcesindifferenttechnical supports.
CHAPTER 2. BUILDING SCHOOL
Article 289 °. The physical space inwhichthe educational activityhasdevelopedpedagogical
function,enablingrules,maintenance,care andfunctionality. Monitorcomplianceandissues
involvedthereinisthe responsibilityof specificbodiesof the Directorate General of Culture
and Education. Article 290 °. The constructionandequippingof school buildingsuptothe
governmentbodieswithspecificexpertise. Article 291 °. Care and compliance functionalityis
the responsibilityof the membersof the educationalcommunity,accordingtotheirspecific
underthe Institutional Projecttasks. Article292 °. Communicationneeds,supervening
inconvenience orediliciasproposals,institutionsof state managementisthe responsibilityof
Team Drivingand be made throughthe DistrictSchool Board. Article 293. Anychange affecting
the infrastructure oron site,inthe institutionsof state managementshallbe dulyfoundedand
authorizedbysuperiority.

  • 1. COLLEGE CHAPTER 1. - LEGAL FRAMEWORK Article 1. "The school isthe educational systemunit,responsible forthe teachingandlearning aimedat achievingthe objectivesestablishedbythe legislation." Todothis,itarticulatesthe participationof the differentpeoplewhomake upthe educational community:professional managers,teachers,parentsand/or guardians,children,adolescents,youngadults, staff and auxiliaryteaching,supportteamsthatensure the comprehensive nature of education,integral membersof school cooperativesandotherorganizationslinkedtothe institution. Article 2. The organizationof educational institutionsisgovernedaccordingtothe followinggeneral criteriawill be adaptedtothe levelsandmodalities,those arising fromArticle 65of Law No. 13,688, namely:1.define ascommunitywork,yourprojecteducationwiththe participationof all itsmembers,respectingthe principlesandobjectivessetoutinthisAct andlegislationin force;2. promote modesof institutionalorganizationtoensure democraticdynamicconvening and participationinthe school experience of children,adolescents,youngadultsand seniors;3.adopt the principle of non-discriminationinaccessandeducational pathof children, adolescents,youngadultsandseniors; 4.provide school teamsthe possibilityof having institutional spacesfordevelopingtheirjointeducational projects; 5.promote the creationof spacesfor coordination,cooperationandpartnershipbetweeneducational institutionsof state managementandprivate management; 6.promote intersectoral andinter-institutionallinks withthe areas thatare consideredrelevanttopurpose of ensuringthe provisionof social, psychological,legal,educational psychologyandmedical services toensure appropriate conditionsforlearning; 7.developinstitutional self-evaluationprocessesinordertoreview the pedagogical andmanagementpracticesandfollow the progressof academicresults; 8.make proposalsforcurricularcontextualizationandspecificationinthe contextof the provincial curriculumguidelines,tomeetthe characteristicsandneedsof studentsandtheircontext; 9. def define theircode of living; 10.promote initiativesaimedatthe developmentof educational experiences; 11.maintainsystematicandinstitutionalizedregularlinkswiththe social context,todevelopoutreachactivities,promoteandparticipate innetworkingthat strengthencommunitycohesionandintervene againstthe diversityof situationspresenting children,adolescents,youngadults,seniorsandtheirfamilies; 14| 12. DGCyE promote communityinvolvementthroughschool cooperationandothercollective,unitedand organizedinall educational establishmentsforms; 13.promote the use of school facilitiesfor recreational,expressive andcommunityactivities; 14.promote educational experiences outside school,withthe aimof allowingchildren,adolescents,youngadultsandseniorsmeet national andprovincial geography,experience physical andsportsactivitiesinurbanand natural environmentsandaccessto yourlocal cultural activitiesandothers. Article 3. All educational institutionsthatconstitute the ProvincialEducational Systemhave skillsthatare specific:school organization,orgánicofuncionalesplantsfromtheirteachingand administrative/auxiliaryof education,formaleducational structures,physical space andsocial contextpersonnel,accordingtocurrenteducationpolicyunderthe rightto education. Privatelyrunestablishmentsmayissue itsowninternal regulations. The rules containedinthisRegulationare applicable unlesstheyare inconsistentwiththe rightsgranted to themby the laws. CHAPTER 2. EDUCATION COMMUNITY Article 4 °. The membersof the educational community,assubjects of rights,have rightsand obligationstobe articulatedunderstandingthe necessarycorrespondencewithone another. Article 5. The membersof the educational communitymustpursue asharedand cooperative projectinwhicheachmustensure the rightsand dutiesassignedbythe National and Provincial Constitutions,laws,theseRegulationsandotherapplicablestandards,forthe

The membersof the educational community,assubjects of social rightto education,shouldcontribute tobuildingademocraticinstitutional culture that assumesintheirpractices,respectforhumanrights,bothcivil andpolitical aseconomic, social and cultural rights. 2.STUDENTS 1. Article 7. Studentsinindividualschoolsare the main recipientsandessential subjectsof the educational act. These are due toall guaranteesin termsof lawsandthese Regulations,beinganinalienableresponsibilityof the State compliance. Article8. Accordingto Article 88 of Law No. 13,688 Law "All studentshave the same rights,obligationsand/or responsibilitieswiththe distinctionsarisingfromtheirage, educationlevelormodalitythatare pursuingand/ or establishedbylawsspecial. Theyare yourrights:a. A comprehensiveandequal education, contributingtothe developmentof hispersonality,enablesthe acquisitionof knowledge,skillsandsense of responsibilityandsocial solidarityandtoensure equal opportunitiesandpossibilities. b. Enter, remaininand graduate fromall publiceducationproposals. c.Be protectedagainstany aggressionorphysical,psychological ormoral abuse. d.Be evaluatedontheirperformanceand achievements,asrigorousandscientificallysoundcriteria,atall levels,arrangements,areas and guidance system,andinformed. and. Receive oursocial,cultural andeducational support necessarytoensure equal opportunitiesandpossibilitiesthatallow youtocomplete compulsoryeducation. Theymayalsorequestthe financial supportnecessarytoensure their rightto education. f.Accesstopublicinformationopenandfree mode. g.Receive vocational, academicand professional-occupationalguidancethatwill enable insertionintothe working worldand pursuingotherstudies. h. Integratingassociations,cooperatives, children'sclubs and studentcentersorothercommunityorganizationstoparticipate inthe operationof educational institutions. i.Participate inthe formulationof projectsandinchoosing complementarycurriculumareasthattendto develophigherlevelsof responsibilityand autonomyintheirlearningprocess. j.Developtheirlearninginbuildings,facilitiesand equipmentthatmeetslegalstandardsof healthandsafety. k.Itisincludedinthe same turn and schedule theirparentsand/or children, whateverthe levelthateveryonebe traveling,in the case of childrenstudentsparentsstudentsorvice versa. "Article 9. Theypursuantto Article 89 of Law No.13,688 obligationsand/or responsibilities are as follows. to. F.Participate andcollaborate inimprovingschool lifeand achievingaclimate of studyat the institution. g.Respectthe Institutional Projectof the School and meetthe standardsof organization,coexistence anddiscipline of the school establishment. 16| DGCyE h. Conserve andmake gooduse of the facilities,equipmentand materialsof the educational establishment 2.2 PARENTS AND RESPONSIBLE Article 12 °. This title shall applythe rulesgoverningthe exercise of parental authority, guardianship,curatorshipandguardianship. Article 13°. The linkestablishedbetweenthose responsible forthe studentandthe school includes:1.the dutyof care, bythe institutionand itsstaff,while performingeducationaleventsinwhichstudentsparticipate; doesnotpreclude the exercise of the rightsanddutiesarisingof parental authority,guardianship,curatorship and / or storedinboth are concurrentand complementaryobligationtocomprehensive care; 2. strict compliance withcourtdecisionsrelatedtothe studentandthose responsible for it.
  • 3. 2.3.- STAFF Article 17 °. All staff of the school will adjustitsactionsthe principle of legalityarisingfromthe currentregulations. Directivesandordersitisgivenmustcomplywiththisprinciple. The staff will recordinwritingof itsrejectionof anyorderthat deviatesfromthisstandard. 2.3.1. STAFF Article 18 °. The rightsand obligationsof teacherswhoworkinestablishmentsof state managementare prescribedbythe Teachers'Statute,Law No.10,579, as amended, complementaryandregulations,the relevantpartof Law No.13,688 Law No. 13,552 Law,this Regulation,anyotherapplicable rule of publicpolicy,sanctionedinprotectionof the general interestandthe specificlegislationthatincludesthe educationsystem. Teachersin educational establishmentsof private managementhave the same obligations,theyshall conformto the same incompatibilitiesandenjoythe rightsestablishedforthe staff of educational establishmentsof state management,subjecttothe specificprovisionsof Law 13,688 and to the extenttheyare compatible withthe nature of the relationshipof private employment,obligationsandrightsarisingunderexistinglaborlawsandcollective bargaining inthe sector.2.3.2. ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF Article 19 °. The rightsand obligationsof administrativeand/or auxiliaryof educationwho workin establishmentsof state managementare prescribedbyLaw No.10,430, as amended and supplemented,itsregulations,the relevantpartof Law No.13,688 Law, Law No.13,453, thisRegulation,anyotherprovisionof law andorderand protectingsanctionedinthe general interestandapplicable regulations. Non-teachingstaff of educationalestablishmentsprivately run, have the rightsand obligationsfromthe LaborContract Law, professional statutesthat are applicable,collectivebargaininginthe sectorandthisRegulation. EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY CHAPTER 1. EDUCATION ACT Article 30 °. educational actis consideredtobe anycurricular,extracurricularand/or complementaryactivitycarriedoutunderthe care of the educationauthoritywithout distinguishingday,time andplace in whichtheyoccur inthe contextof current educational policiesandinstitutional project. Article 31°. The educationact has as itsfoundationthe student,consideredasa subjectof learningwithinthe frameworkof the promotionand protectionof theirrightsunderexistingrules. Article 32°. The school isa place to settle betweenall asa level of trusttoprovide the securitynecessaryforthe interactionof teachers, studentsandothermembersof the educational community,consideringmistakes,successes, tentative answersandpotential aspartof the learningprocess. Article 33 °. Whenthe educational actisaddressedtochildrenandadolescentsthe frameworkof thisactivitywill be the bestinterestsof the same,asthe Conventiononthe Rights of the ChildandLaw No. 13,298 Law understoodas"the maximumcomprehensive andsimultaneoussatisfactionof theirrights,withinaframeworkof freedom, respectanddignity,toachievetheirpotentialand developmentof comprehensive andharmoniousunfoldingof hispersonality."20| DGCyE Article 34 °. In any educational actwill be applicable the principleof the bestinterestsof children,asthe prescribedbyArticle 4of Law No. 13,298. Article 35 °. To determine the best interestsof the childina particularsituationmustbe assessed:1.the specificstatusof childrenassubjectsof rights,2. the viewsof childrenaccordingtotheirpsychophysical development,3.the needforbalance betweenrightsandguaranteesof childrenandtheir
  • 4. duties,4. the needforbalance betweenthe rightsandguaranteesof childrenandthe demandsof a justand democraticsociety. EPISODE 2.- GENERAL FRAMEWORK OF TEACHING WORK AND TEACHING ASSIGNMENT Article 36 °. It is understoodthe teachingworkbyteachersandeducational constitutingactsin accordance withthisRegulation,the rulesinforce andthe InstitutionalProject. Article 37 °. The general frameworkof all teachersansweredthe followingpurposes. 1.Fulfillingthe goalsand objectivessetbyArticle 16of Law No. 13,688 and the guidelinesof the provincial educationpolicy. 2.Avoidall formsof discriminationinaccess,retention,promotion,career and school completionstudents. 3.Complywiththe comprehensive care of studentsin accordance withlegal regulations. 4.Fleshdemocraticpracticeswithinthe Institutional Project,ininter-sectoralandinter-institutional linkagesthatmake the institution. 5.Improve teachingpracticesconstantly. 6.To promote the integrationandcooperationwiththe entire educational community. 7.Facilitate the generationof learningexperiencesinsideandoutside the school environment,withthe aimof providingdifferentperspectivesfromthe educational actionthat bringsthe studentto otherexperiencesof culture inall itsmanifestations. 8. Encourage the participationof studentsandtheirparentsand/ or responsible informulating projects. 1.2 INSTITUTIONAL EDUCATIONAL EQUIPMENT:1.2.1. DRIVING POSITIONS: to. Institutional managementteamArticle44°. Institutional managementteaminstate-run establishments,iscomposedof the followingpositions:Director,DeputyDirector,Regent (Technical StudyGroup) andSecretary. Article 45.The exercise of institutionalmanagement chargesis setto compliance withcommoncomputertasks,withoutprejudice tothe position of eachhierarchical scale hierarchyandtasks. Article 46 °. The general frameworkandspecific teamactivitiesinstitutional managementinclude jointaction,supervision,organization, coordination,articulationandorientationof theirstaff tobetterimplementcurrentcurriculum underthe ProjectInstitutional. TeamCompetitionDriving,accordingtothe nature of the respective positioninvolves:1.share responsibilitiesinplanning,participatorydevelopment and implementationof the InstitutionalProjectinall itsaspectswiththe restof the institutional equipment; 2.drive the curriculumdevelopmentprocessinresponsetoexisting designs,tothe particularitiesof subjectsandcontexts,toachievethe highestqualityof education;General Rulesof the educational institutionsof the province of BuenosAires| 25 3. coresponsablemente attendandensure the restof the institutional teamtrainingprocessof students,basedonrespectfuldialogue alsorecognize errorasa source of learning;4.promote variousinstancesInstitutional Projectassessmentbythe teachingteam, makingadjustments and periodicandinparticularpriorto the start of the school yearreformulations; 5.monitorin the processand evaluate the developmentof the Institutional Project; 6.know,communicate, implementandrequire compliance staff of the institutionof regulatoryrequirements applicable tothe educationsystem; 7.meetthe needsof students,especiallychildrenand adolescents,ensuringcontinuedrespectfortheirrightsandputtingintooperationinternaland external protectionmechanismsthereof; 8.Establishand/or strengthenlinkswiththe communitypartnerenvironment. director Article 50 °. The tasks of the director,framedinthe provisions of Articles38 to 42 andArticles47 and 48 of thisRegulation,includesthe responsibilitytolead the implementationprocessof the respective curriculumdesignandInstitutional Project accordingto the followingdimensionsof action:1 . the teachinginbotheducational acts underArticle 30 and concordantof this. 2. The administrative anddocumentaryhistoryasan expressionof the institutionaltask. 3.The Communitypartnerasnecessaryconditionof the relationshipof the institutionwiththe context. deputyhead Article 56 °. The deputyheadisthe hierarchical teachingstaff,integratingthe leadershipteam, attendsthe responsibilityof institutional management,inaddition,accountingmanager replacementinthe followingcases:1.inthe shiftunderhiscare; 2. on the occasionof absence of the former. The Vice Directorshall:1.act inthe area of competence withthe aimof promotingthe righttoeducationunderthe termsestablishedby Law No.13,688 and curriculain force; 2. share withthe principal drivingtasksandcoordination teamprescribingthisRegulation; 3.cooperate infulfillingthe tasksof the Directorregarding boththe pedagogical aspectssuchasadministrativeandcommunitysocioprescribedbythis Regulation;4.performitstaskinvolvedinthe design,developmentandevaluationof the InstitutionalProjectinaccordance withtheircompetence; GeneralRulesof the educational institutionsof the province of BuenosAires| 31 5. subscribe tothe directorgeneral indications communicationsortonotify; 6. monitordirectlytothe teachersincharge of the subjects/ fields;7.To monitorthe developmentof institutional activity,informandpropose intervention strategiesaccordingtotheirobservationsandagreedInstitutionally; 8.informthe principal, any fact or institutionallysignificantnovelty; 9.To form teamsto addressthe current curriculumguidelinesDirectoratesLevelsand/or conditionstowhichthe institutionbelongs and implementnecessaryforachievingthe purposesactions,objectivesandgoalsproposedin the Institutional Project; 10. Ensure the development,implementation,communicationand systematicevaluation of the InstitutionalProjectthroughvariousdevicesandinterventions, encouragingthe participationof all institutional subjects; 11. Take charge of the actionsagreed underthe Planfor Educational Continuity,takingcharge sectionswhere appropriate; technical andstudyregents. Article 58°. It is the hierarchical teachingstaff teammember drivinginstitutionsSecondaryLevelincharge of the pedagogiccoordinationof curricular activitiesprescribedbyCycle andMode accordance withthe provisions of thisRegulation. 32 | Tasks DGCyE Regente Article 59°. Assume the actionsagreedin the Institutional ProjectfordrivingequipmentprescribedbythisRegulation. 3.Coordinationof activitiesof the Departmentsof relatedorsimilarmaterialsof curricularorganizationthatare placedundertheirresponsibility. 4.Jointcoordinationwiththe InstitutionalProjectandits development,implementationandevaluation. 5.Linkingmaterials,spacesand/or subjects withthe immediatelyprecedingorsubsequentcycle. 6.Directsupervisionof teachersin charge of the subjects/disciplines. SecretaryArticle 60 °. It ishierarchical teachingstaff teammemberdrivingisresponsible for the technical andadministrativeaspectsof the Institutional Project,inaccordance withthe provisionsof Articles36,37, and 44 to 46 of thisRegulation. TasksSecretaryArticle61 °. The tasksof the Secretary,framedinthe provisionsof Articles38 to 42 andArticles47 and 48 of thisRegulation,are asfollows. 1.Actin the area of competence withthe aim of promotingthe rightto educationunderthe termsestablishedbyLaw No.13,688 and curriculainforce. 2.

To receive,toprocessandadvise teachersregardingteachingownadministrative proceduresandinstitutional situation. 9.To issue the certificatesandadministrative certifications,dependingonthe nature of administrativestatesinvolved. preceptorresident Article 69 °. Teacher-Master Article 72 °. It is the facultybase of the institutionthatisresponsible forthe implementationof the curriculuminthe classroomor in the space where the educational actoccurs,a taskshared withothermembersof the teachingstaff underthe Institutional Project. Theirspecifictasksin additiontothose setout inArticles38 to 41 of thisRegulationthe following. 1.Promote within the scope of itsjurisdictionthe righttoeducationunderthe termsestablishedbyLaw No. 13,688 and curriculainforce. 2. Participate inthe development,implementationand adjustmentof the Institutional Projectandactionstomake institutionalself-evaluation. 3. Articulate theirworkwiththe othermembersof the institutional faculty,promotingschool careerof students. 4.Plan,prepare andteach classesteachingevaluatingtheirtaskin coordinationwiththe teachingstaff andmeetingthe teamdrivingdirectionsandrelevant supervisorylevel. 5.Take charge of the actionsagreedunderthe Planfor Educational Continuity. 6.To submitinwritingtheirplanstofi nto facilitate theirknowledge andpromote the constructionof educational memoryof the institution. 7.Introduce tostudentsandtheir responsible contentsandannual workexpectations,basedonthe specificitiesof the students intheircare. 8. Arrange the classroomand contribute tothe school systembyestablishingand promotinghygieneand safetyinthe studentsresponsible,underthe Institutional Project. 9. Complywiththe care of studentsduringthe entrance andexitof the turnand duringrecess accordingto the guidelinescontainedinArticle 39to 41 of thisRegulationandthe respective InstitutionalProject,the particularitiesof the level,type and/or scope. 1.3.1. ADMINISTRATIVE AND / OR SUBSIDIARY OF EDUCATION Article 85 °. The teamformedbythe auxiliaryeducationstaff of eacheducational institutionof state managementhas,amongotherfunctions,care forand cleanthe accommodation
  • 7. facilitiesandvariousagencies,includingthe bedroomsandlaundry,whentheyhave sucha service ,thiswiththe aimof tendingtoensure the hygiene andsecurityof the educational space;prepare mealsat foodservice establishmentsthere,framedthatrole inthe scope definedforthe purpose bythe healthfoodpolicyof the Provinceof BuenosAires. 2.2.2. ASSISTANCE EVALUATION,ACCREDITATION, PROMOTION AND CERTIFICATION OF STUDENTS Article 100 °. Each institutionwill use inthisrespectthe requirementssetbythe Curricular Designsandassistance schemes,evaluation,accreditation,promotionandcertificationunder applicable regulations,bylevel andmodality. Article101 °. Institutionalevaluationactionsset out inthe Institutional Projectshall complywiththe guidelinescontainedinthe previous article andwill be dulycommunicatedtostudentsandresponsible. Article 102°.The applicationof newcurriculawill notaffectthe rights acquiredbythe studentsincludedinthe changes,forwhichpurpose Levelsand/or rulesshall provide the necessarydevices. 2.2.4. COEXISTENCE AGREEMENTS Article 105 °. The Institutional Projectinvolvesthe definitionof ownlivingarrangementsof the institutionwiththe active participationof all membersof the educational community. Article 106 °. Cohabitationagreements,while space regulationof attachmentrelationshipsinvolve and require effective compliance byteachers,students,parentsorguardians,management, administrativestaff and/or auxiliaryeducation,technical andothersmembersof the educational community. Article107 °. Cohabitationagreementswillhave asmainpurpose to facilitate appropriateforthe exerciseof the rightsof teachingandlearningandthe comprehensive care of all those involvedconditions. Article108 °. Cohabitationagreements, subjecttothe principle of legalityandguidelinesestablishedbyeachlevel,mode and/or field, shall ensure:1.democraticandparticipatorydevelopment; 2.regularupdatingand,if necessary,revision; 3.the particularitiesof the Institutional Project,explainingthe interventionstrategiesregardingthe dutyof care. 4. Respectfor the principle of educational inclusion. Article 109 °. The sanctionsestablishedthatthese agreementswillbe subjectto compulsoryeducation,comprehensive protectionof rightsof childrenandadolescentsand theirowneducational purposesof the institution. 2.2.8. INSCRIPTION Article 127 °. Registrationasa firstact of educational inclusionisthe processbywhichthe studentaccessto vacanciesestablishmentisregulateddependingonthe leveland correspondingmode. Levelsand/or modalitiesestablishedregistrationdevices. Article128 °. The registrationperiodforstudentsineducational institutionsincludedinthisRegulation shall be setby eachyear's calendarof educational activities. Registrationafterthe deadline may notconditionthe rightto educationof students. Article 129 °. Registrationandallocation of vacanciespupilsinprivatelyrunestablishmentsshall complywiththe general law,the rights and obligationsstipulatedinthe contractteaching,internalregulationsandthe Institutional Project. 2.2.9. ALLOCATION OF VACANCIESIN THE EARLY YEARS OF MANDATORY LEVELS Article 130 °.Ineducational institutionsof state management,parentsorguardiansof students can enroll tofill vacanciesinthe earlyyearsof the differentlevelseligierenmandatorymeeting the requirements establishedforthispurpose.Vacanciesandshiftswill be assignedaccording to the followingpriorities.1.Continuityincase of pedagogical articulationbetweenlevelsand / or dulyestablishedmodalities.2.Brothersof regularstudentsof the educational establishment.cohabitingsituationsarisinginotherconformationsgroupsorfamilystructures
  • 8. are covered,whichshall be conclusivelyproven.3.Accordingproximityof home toeducational establishmentable toenter.Inthe eventthatthe studentprovestheirclosenesstohome inan area where there ismore thanan educational institutionandnotanyvacancy in the chosen,it will be consideredthatpriorityaccesstonearestyourhome islocated.4. Childrenof teachers and otherstaff of the educational establishmentandthe establishmentsthatarticulate pedagogically.5.Publicdraw:will be usedinthe /the case / casesthat evenwiththe use of the above items,persiststhe existence of asmanycandidatesthanvacancies. 6.The registered afterthe deadline. 2.2.12. INPUTAND OUTPUT OF STUDENTS Article 151. The entryof studentswill occurinaccordance withthe prescribedcurriculumand credithoursby shiftandschedule communicatedbythe institution,incompliance withthe provisionsof thisRegulationin"School Day". Includedwithinthissituationall educational acts which,inturn or to turn andas part of the Institutional Project,organizedasestablishedin Article 30 of thisRegulation. Article 152 °. The outputof studentswill occuratthe endof the respective workload,shiftandscheduleaccordingtothe forecaststatementunderthe precedingarticle. The dutyof care will extendbeyondthistime inexceptionalsituationsthat endangerthe minorstudentandInstitutional Projectprovideforthe respectivemodesof interventionunderthe provisionsof Articles38paragraph 1, 39, 40 and 41 of this. Article 153 °. In the eventthata studentisnot removedatthe endof the shift,seniorstaff and/or the teacherincharge will performthe actionsavailable tolocate parentsand/or guardiansof the child,requiringhisappearance toremove the same. Exceededwithinone (1) hour,the interveningteacher,whowill alwaysbe accompaniedbyanotheradultlinkedtothe institution, informthe Directorandthe surveillanceandgive interventiontothe Local Service Protectionof Rightstofi n's assumingthe care of the child. Failingwill resorttoZonal Service and insituationsof lackof response requestthe interventionof the Judicial AdvisoryJuvenile or Youth Advocate. ByDecisionrecordof all proceedingsshallbe recorded. Monitoringwill extendthe justificationsfortardinessorabsencesthatthe antecedentcause the personnel involved. 56 |DGCyE Article 154 °. Outputof Initial Level students,parentsand/or guardians may,prior registrationsignature,toadultstowithdraw the studentuponcompletionof class time. 2.2.13. STAY AND EARLY WITHDRAWAL OF STUDENTS Article 158 °. The studentonce enteringthe facilityshould remainuntil the completeendof the school shift. Underno circumstancesmaybe withdrawnwithoutauthorizationfromthe educationauthorityduringthe school day. 2.2.17. SCHOOL DRESS Article 175 °. The dressmay notbecome a cause for noncompliance with compulsoryschool prescribedbylaw. Article 176 °. Levelsand/or modeswill determine the general conditionsto abide bythat tendto meetthe bestconditionsforthe educational developmentof curriculum and institutional coexistence. Article177 °. Educational institutions,withinthe frameworkof the general conditionslaiddowninthe previousarticleandunderthe respectiverulesof coexistencemayresolve issuesrelatedtotheirspecificresponse andwithoutrestrictingthe exercise of individual freedoms. Article 178 °. The same criteriaapplyto all teachers, administrativeand/or auxiliaryeducation. 2.2.18. Books, suppliesLABORATORY AND INSTRUMENTAL Article 179 °. Books,supplies,materialssupport,laboratoryinstrumentsandotherexisting technical andtechnological supportinthe educational institutionare intendedtofull use and
  • 9. isthe commonheritage tothe entire educationalcommunitywithoutrestrictionotherthan the ordering,care and gooduse thereof. General Rulesof the educational institutionsof the province of BuenosAires| 59 Article 180 °. For the realizationof the educational acttheymay not require studentstootherusefulmaterialsorteachingaidsthatare notstrictly necessary;inanycase unique andmandatorytextbookisrequired. 2.2.21. SYMBOLS, AND ACTS SCHOOL CALENDAR Article 190 °. Educational institutionsinthe province shouldpromote the knowledge and respectof national andprovincial symbols. Article191 °. The manifestationsof homage assume the followingways. 1.Duringschool hoursand acts relatedtonational holidaysremain hoistedthe national flag. INFRASTRUCTURE AND EQUIPMENT CHAPTER 1. HERITAGE Article 281 °. Educational institutionsare responsibleforthe preservationof theirtangible and intangible heritage (symbolicand cultural). Article 282°. Up the assetsas materialsthe followinggoods. 1.The buildingsoccupiedoreducational establishment. 2.Movable property foundinthe or buildings,are of use or ornamentation. 3.The livestockthatare usedforthe purposesof implementingthe curriculum,if applicable. 4.machinery,tools,equipmentand computerlaboratorieswithwhichaccountthe educationalinstitution. 5.The bibliographical material andotherresourcesindifferenttechnical supports. CHAPTER 2. BUILDING SCHOOL Article 289 °. The physical space inwhichthe educational activityhasdevelopedpedagogical function,enablingrules,maintenance,care andfunctionality. Monitorcomplianceandissues involvedthereinisthe responsibilityof specificbodiesof the Directorate General of Culture and Education. Article 290 °. The constructionandequippingof school buildingsuptothe governmentbodieswithspecificexpertise. Article 291 °. Care and compliance functionalityis the responsibilityof the membersof the educationalcommunity,accordingtotheirspecific underthe Institutional Projecttasks. Article292 °. Communicationneeds,supervening inconvenience orediliciasproposals,institutionsof state managementisthe responsibilityof Team Drivingand be made throughthe DistrictSchool Board. Article 293. Anychange affecting the infrastructure oron site,inthe institutionsof state managementshallbe dulyfoundedand authorizedbysuperiority.
