● Assist with any deployment or architecture decisions that are needed.
● Grab the unspoken requirements and drive work from them (new build dependencies, monitors, recurring themes or issues)

5. ● As a cloud engineer you and your teammates are going to be writing a great deal of code.
○ Get at the PRs as quick as possible to keep cycle times low and keep the code flowing. People are waiting on us.
● Perform any pairing or discussions that are required.
● Push any lingering code that you have that needs some additional eyes on it.
● Get closure on outstanding PRs that you have opened.

6. ● Wire in and get some sprint work completed.
● Make sure that all the devs on your scrum team are unblocked and their builds are green.

8. ● There will be alerts or tickets that will need your attention, get them out of the way immediately after you have your scrum team moving in
the right direction for the day.
● CLOSE the tickets completely so they are resurfacing, this is usually done by writing some automation or patching some existing code.

11. ● Figure out how your work can be solving multiple projects at the same time.
○ Look through your priorities and upcoming work.
○ Make sure the work you are doing today serves you or your team tomorrow
● Wire in and Code.
● Document the work you’ve completed.
● Update your tasks for the PM to know where you are with your work.

12. ● Get through any meetings that you have with your non-project team.
● Drive action items out of the meeting
○ Make sure there is a clear agenda
○ Timebox the meeting to 30 minutes
○ Come out with timelines and owners
● Update Progress trackers on any active long term projects that you’re working.

● Read and catch up on news and tech that is being introduced
● Work on POC solutions for technology that is coming down the pipe or that you’re interested in.
