Responsibilities :-
• Administered various operations quality control, site management,
procurement, etc.
• Carry out all finishes work such as Tiling, False Ceiling, Marble ,stone cladding.
• Kitchen cabinets vanity counters etc.
• Reporting to the Project Manager.
• Involved in the activities like concrete in structures, Steel Structure,
finishing work.
• Manage a team of total manpower of 350.
• Including 2 general foreman’s 6 foreman’s.
• Raise all inspection requests, with sufficient notice, and ensure attendance of
necessary inspection/testing personnel.
• Liaise with site surveyor and ensure that necessary setting out is available.
• Ensure the readiness of the works for inspections.
• Work closely with the foremen to ensure that the construction details are being
properly interpreted.
• Assist Construction Manager to produce works schedules.
• Monitor and report the production progress to the project manager.
• Check the daily allocation sheets that are completed by the foremen.
