2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 I’m acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors,
crafts people and operatives.
 Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
 Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
 I’m overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
 Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied.
 Interacting with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity
surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

construction regulations.
 Interacting with consultants and their representatives (engineers and surveyors),

Snagging Team leader RESPONSIBILITIES

 Work as a team leader, QAQC, supervisor, Safety officer and a Site Engineer in
rectifying defectives works on ceiling, walls, floors and exterior plastering.
 I make sure that all workers are fit to work and with complete PPE.
 I prepare all workers and to make sure they are competent on the work to be
done.
 Preparing in advance for the materials needed for the rectification in all the metro
station.
 Securing all proper data before proceeding with the snagging.
 Briefing on day to day basis about safety to laborers and hazard on work areas.
 Preparing rectified defective work for inspection and updating the snag list from
approved comments.
 Submit daily report and updating the management for the completed work.
 Attend weekly meeting, to sort site issues and to coordinate with other
contractors to avoid obstruction and delayed of work.
