Job Description
The Finance Project Manager will have responsibility for coordinating the financial aspects of
the various HIS expansion projects and in addition the projects supporting the continued
development of the Finance structure in the region including the Center of Technical
Accounting (COTA). This position will be based in Rolle, Switzerland and will report to the
HIS Controller.
The major responsibilities include:
− Undertake Financial Assessment of various expansion projects both at initial stage and at
regular points during the lifetime of the project.
− Establishment of Finance project plans against expansion projects in conjunction with
local Finance teams.
− Actively participate in project planning meetings providing positive contribution including
resolution of Finance resourcing and system issues.
− Ensuring that systems and processes prior to implementation are compliant with
regulatory requirements.
− Development of new or modified Finance SAP routines and processes in conjunction with
the Finance COE.
− Establishment of project plans to support the continued development of the Finance
function within the region.
