In my current role, I am constantly required to partner with business for all Products/
Propositions needs across the Customer Value Management (CVM) and Wealth Management
areas within RBWM. This includes challenging the business and working together almost on

The key job responsibilities include:
• Dedicated specialist finance support to respond to all business needs and provide
an objective view of business performance including insights into drivers of
profitability and options available to optimize business performance.
• Conducting financial analysis for tracking and evaluating product profitability

(NSFR now) & OCP positions (LCR now).
• Represent Finance on all key governance and decision forums for RBWM and provide
one point interface to the business across all finance disciplines such as MI &
Planning, ALM, Controls etc.
• RBWM Business Finance lead for coordination and evaluation of annual/ rolling
operating plans, Mid-term outlook (MTO), Investment Outlook (IO) for overall
RBWM (Bank) including all products/ business lines and other non-product related
items including preparation of summary analytics and presentations.
• Day to day representation of Finance in product level business decisions to drive
financial discipline and consistency. Also supporting business on key regulatory
changes from RBI guidelines incl. MCLR, balance based charges etc.
Key achievements in the current role –
• Exposure of leading the Retail finance team during the 3 month STA stint of the
line manager to HK. During this tenor have ably handled RBWM FIN role in various
