(i)Worked as a Senior Safety In-charge in Al-Mashariq Company, Royal Commission Jubail & Qassim
Saudi Arabia since August 2012 till August 2016.
Project Handled :
i) Construction of Qassim Unayzah 380/132/13.8kv Sub Station (NG project) 2) Construction of utility Mains
& Security RC Jubail Project
ii) Piling project building construction phase 1 Jubail in Royal commission .
iii) Construction of 115/13.8kv Sub Station, Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu
Responsibilities: Safety induction, Tool box talk, Safety meeting, Safety Audit, PPE monitoring, Design and
install different kind of safety signs (i.e. informative, directional, regulatory, precautionary), Site safety walk
around to monitor all the unsafe act and condition and rectify them instantly.
Correcting unsafe practices of contractor personnel as observed, Check or conduct daily safety audits &
equipment inspections, check or conduct work permit compliance audits, Preparing reports on
incidents/accidents or emergencies in the plant or on site, Investigating and reporting on causes, results and

(ii)Worked with Bin Ladin Group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as a Safety Officer since Jan 2009 till 21st
June 2012.
Responsibilities: Improve HSE awareness and to assist in hazard identification, risk assessment and
emergency preparedness through training initiatives. Conduct internal HSE audits, monitor HSE performance.
Customize, and co-ordinate and deliver HSE training programs. Preparation and analysis of Safe Practices at
work site, preparation of safe work procedure .Inspecting machinery, equipment and workplaces & ensuring
suitable protective equipment are provided and is being used correctly. Initiate and institute a schedule of job

evaluation of sub-contractors. Selection and procurement of personal protective equipments / safety
equipments. Safety budget preparation. Ensuring Fire fighting and First Aid facilities. Safety documentation.
Prepare weekly report of unsafe act, unsafe condition & open unsafe condition. Creating safety awareness
among workers through Tool box talks, Safety induction / Orientation / PEP Talks / Safety mass meetings /
Job Safety Analysis. Carrying out Safety inspection of work locations, work method, Men, Machinery,
Material, Vehicle movement, Tool – Tackles and stores. Monitor HSE performance of execution heads.
Conduct Safety audit of documents and site safety condition. Maintain compliance report of internal audit,
client audit, external audit & daily observations.
(iii)Worked as a safety officer in Tamimi Global Company, Jubail Saudi Arabia since October 2007 till
Jan 2009 in Ar-Razi Chemical Plant, Sadaf Chemcial Plant, Sharq Chemical Plant & Hadeed Iron & Steel Plant
