Healthcare today need a great revolution to contain the high cost related social
actual evolution of population in advanced or non advanced countries.
Blockchain is a real powerful instrument able to do this in real efficacy way.

2. “With the rise of technology, modern healthcare and biomedical sciences have
largely shifted their content to cyberspace. This raises the challenges of accessibility
and security of such data, and the solution may lie in a recent technology called
blockchain. Blockchain is a public transaction ledger that offers two unique
capabilities, immutability and decentralization of data, that make it stand out as an
unparalleled technology in the spheres of healthcare and biomedicine.”(1)
The power of BLOCKCHAIN in healthcare is clear and the same the economic
advantages of this technology in today social scenario.
Blockchain to be added to other powerful instruments like :
Sharing economy principle, velocity management, professional social media,
Researcher searching motors and database.
Material and methods
Whit an observational approach some relevant literature related the topics of this
work is analyzed to produce a global conclusion.

3. Related the literature reported in references section a cost containment about of 30% in
healthcare using sharing economy strategy linked to the security of the BLOCKCHAIN
system make possible to get a significative result in sustainability of the healthcare system.
This system added to an intensive use of professional social media and research searching
engine or researcher database make possible to increasein logarithmic way the research
power in various discipline like healthcare .
