- Experts are the people who are very popular with solving specific problems. They collect specific or appropriate problem then they analysis it by using different alternative way. Such as they use expert programs, collect facts and knowledge solve the problems. They think systematically. They search data in planned, sequential manner, looking for casual relationships, setting up formula. Finally they solve these problems by using appropriate methods.

An inference engine - An inferences engine tries to derive answer from a knowledge base.This acts rather like a search engine, examining the knowledge base for information that matches the user's query The non-expert user queries the expert system. This is done by asking a question, or by answering questions asked by the expert system. The inference engine uses the query to search the knowledge base and then provides an answer or some advice to the user.
