1. Community Mappers Mapathon– guideline
a. Logistics
i. Every two weeks
ii. Schedule regular day & time with community mappers - Tsogtoo
iii.Each mapathon will take place for 2-2.5 hours
iv.Registration link before each mapathon
v. Each community mapper will bring 5 new volunteers
b. Incentives
i. Internet data allocate after each mapathon
1. 5,000 phone credit
ii. Coupon – sent as gift/store credit from E-Mart etc.,
1. Each coupon 10,000 MNT
2. Sent every 3 months
iii.Best 3 mappers award at the end of 21 mapathons
1. Select 3 top mappers
2. Double their coupon earnings
c. Mapathon day
i. 5 min introduction about the place
1. Why mapping, known for, Interesting facts, other info
ii. For each mapathon, leading community mapper will bring up to 5 new people
iii.Attribute information from the local people
