however most of them contain flour, fat (oil or butter), sugar,
eggs, salt, and a chemical leavener (baking soda and/or
baking powder).
Quick breads made using the muffin mixing method will likely
use a liquid fat (like vegetable oil) while quick breads made
using the biscuit mixing method will be made with solid fat
(like butter or shortening).
