Luvuyo Twalingca was employed as the bar manager at Sinn’s restaurant from 1st July 2006.
Luvuyo was employed before the opening of Sinn’s to help with planning the opening of the new
operation.
Luvuyo proved himself to be a loyal and honest team leader. His knowledge on restaurant
control and his charismatic leadership style made it easy for Luvuyo to motivate the staff at all
times, ensuring that all service and floor tasks would run smoothly and efficient.

He has a positive attitude towards the staff that he managed and he was able to ensure that the
operation was properly staffed for the different seasons and cycles, while maintaining the Sinn’s
level of service. Luvuyo excelled in his shifting ability for management, kitchen and restaurant
staff.
Luvuyo was promoted to assistant general manager and helped run the restaurant and bar
operation at Wembley Square
In May 2013 Luvuyo helped open our new trendy bar / restaurant operation “Sinns on Long”.
Luvuyo was in charge of the entire operation as general manager. He proofed himself to be very
versatile. He ran every aspect of the business. He was in charge of rostering staff, cashups,
ordering, he also assisted in the kitchen when needed.
We wish him well in his new position and thank him for the time and energy he put into Sinn’s.
