2. I NOSTRI OBIETTIVI:
- Trovare finanziamenti allo studio, alla progettazione, alla realizzazione, alla gestione di progetti in
cooperazione con le autorità locali in favore delle popolazioni di Paesi in via di sviluppo nei settori della sanità,
dell’agricoltura, delle infrastrutture, dei servizi sociali, della scuola e della promozione di arti e mestieri verso i
giovani ;
-La promozione di programmi di educazione ai temi dello sviluppo, nell’ambito scolastico, e di iniziative volte
all’interscambio culturale fra Europa ed i Paesi in via di sviluppo con particolare riferimento verso i giovani;
- il finanziamento allo studio dei metodi di prevenzione e di terapie convenzionali nel campo della medicina ,
dell’arte e mestieri con lo scopo di creare generazioni di uomini e donne liberi e in grado di partecipare alla
costruzione di un mondo di PACE.

-Finding financing the study, design, implementation, management of projects in cooperation with local
authorities in favor of the populations of in the developing countries in the areas of health, agriculture,
infrastructure, social services, education and the promotion of arts and crafts towards the young;
-The promotion of programs of education development issues, at school, and initiatives cultural interchange
between Europe and countries in the developing world with particular reference towards the young;
- Funding to the study of methods of prevention and conventional therapies in the field of medicine, art and
crafts with the purpose of creating generations of men and women who are free and able to participate in the
construction of a world of PEACE

questo paese sino ad arrivare un giorno negli angoli più sperduti di questo meraviglioso

4. PROGETTO OSPEDALE
La FONDAZIONE intende realizzare in
ROMANIA la costruzione di una struttura
clinica-scientifica-ospedaliera di rilievo
internazionale e di alta specializzazione per
diverse importanti tipologie, facente parte di
questa FONDAZIONE con annesse oltre alle
attività di ricovero e cure sanitarie, un centro
di ricerca scientifica e una scuola
infermieristica.

6. Nel contratto di concessione sarà previsto la realizzazione e la successiva gestione
di una struttura ospedaliera ad alta specializzazione, che renderà disponibili
inizialmente 1500 nuovi posti letto per portarli alla fine sino 3.000 posti letto e si
estenderà su una superficie complessiva di 1.000.000 metri quadrati.
Sarà previsto anche la realizzazione di un hotel, un centro congressi, aree
commerciali varie e un parcheggio da 10 mila posti auto.
Committente dell’iniziativa e di gestione sarà la FONDAZIONE con l’autorizzazione
del Ministero della Salute.
Le opere di progettazione e realizzazione, saranno affidate con concorso
pubblico internazionale.
The concession contract will include the implementation and subsequent
management of a highly specialized hospital facility, which will make available
3,000 new beds and will extend to a total area of 1,000,000 square meters.
There will also be a hotel, a convention center, various shopping areas and a
10,000 car parking space.
The initiative and management commissioner will be the FOUNDATION with the
authorization of the Ministry of Health.
The design and construction works will be entrusted with international public
competition.

Per la progettazione, costruzione, fornitura di apparecchiature elettro-medicali ed arredi e
gestione del più grande polo ospedaliero Europeo proposto occorre un valore
complessivo d’investimento di circa 950 milioni di euro.
Per la progettazione e costruzione della struttura occorreranno circa 3 anni.
La durata della concessione sarà di circa 30 anni.
For the design, construction, supply of electro-medical equipment and
furnishings and management of the largest European hospital pole, a total
investment value of approximately 950 million euros is required.
For the design and construction of the structure it will take about 3 years.
The duration of the concession will be around 30 years.
