Biography
Lucio has over 16 years of project management experience in the
petrochemical industry. Since 2006, Lucio has acted as Site Manager for
three turnaround projects. Two of these were with Shell at their Geelong
and Clyde refineries, and the most recent was for Orica on Kooragang
Island. Lucio oversaw these projects with a focus on staff safety, always
managing his staff to ensure that they met objectives regarding schedule
and cost.
Lucio has worked exclusively on projects for Orica, Shell and Caltex since
2003, with the exception of the recent 2010-11 turnarounds for Orica.
Working at Orica, Kooragang Island, Shell Geelong and Clyde Refineries
and both Caltex Lytton and Kurnell, Lucio has consistently delivered
exceptional outcomes for the clients. These projects, taken with his wealth
of additional background experience in the industry on a wide range of
different projects, ensure that Lucio is adept at managing varied
workforces on oil and gas maintenance projects. He has demonstrated an
ability to effectively liaise with both his staff and the client to ensure that
key project objectives are met. This results in a productive project for the
client, minimising delays and enhancing safety.

number of Turnarounds on time and within budget (see recent
projects below).
Extensive maintenance and turnaround experience for Shell,
Orica and Caltex since 2003.
