Lori Boan has worked for Niche of Time Jewelry for over 4 years, starting as a sales representative but quickly excelling and becoming the Communications Manager. She significantly increased the company's social media presence and outperformed other sales staff while taking on many other responsibilities. To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing on behalf of Lori Boan. It has been a pleasure to know Lori over the past four and half years
as our Public Relations professional. I had initially hired Lori as a Sales Representative but within a few
months of working she had exceeded the expectations of that role and became a dynamic role player in
our company. Lori quickly became our Communications Manager and while still in college was out
performing and exceeding other professionals in her field.
She was able to take over our social media outlets of which had not previously demonstrated much of a
presence and turned them into an asset with active participation. As a sales woman Lori consistently
outsold every other staff member in conjunction to performing multitudes of other responsibilities. Lori
also did market testing and brand redefining for our company. This allowed us to utilize media avenues
we had not yet explored. Lori demonstrates a rare quality of being able to multi-task while still performing
high quality work. In my experience, her character makes her a trustworthy and dependable worker. She
is also likeable, loyal, honest, and enthusiastic and her internal and external communications is
unparalleled.
I have worked with many employees over the past 25 years, and Lori stands head and shoulders over
most, not only in demonstrating initiative, intelligence and creativity, but also in her ability to function as a
productive member of a team. Her intellect is matched by her ability to communicate clearly, and to
project an open, friendly persona to others regardless of their level of expertise.
I have observed Lori's involvement in a variety of projects that demonstrate her continuing deep
commitment to our company’s growth. For example, in 2010 Lori took over an annual campaign called
Ladies Night Out; our company had success with this event in the past averaging 25-30 guests. However
Lori grew that number to over 300 guests with a net profit of just under $10,000, a remarkable
achievement.
Lori's excellent communication skills, positive outlook and pleasant personality enhance her natural
leadership qualities. Her willingness to accept challenges and listen to input enable her to contribute
thoughtful, well-reasoned approaches to helping others solve difficult problems. I believe Lori to be an
