Personal statement
My experience in Finance and Income Management is both study and work related. My tenacious and proactive approach
yielded numerous improvements in Key Performance Indicators for my organisation. I have excellent analytical skills which
have helped provide my team with vital cost savings and thereby maximising income. My excellent number crunching
abilities have yielded improvements in void property losses and debt-to-income ratio, cutting these by 8% and 22%
respectively in a period of just under 4 years while operating in a heavily regulated UK housing industry.
I would now like to utilise the skills and experience gained from my 10 years of study and work experience in the United
Kingdom and undertake a new challenge in Zambia.
