To send an electronic invoice, select "Email Contract or Invoice" and enter recipient and invoice details such as date, items, and amount. This generates an invoice email to the customer. The customer receives the invoice and can review, pay, and receive a receipt by selecting their payment method on the payment portal. The sender then receives a confirmation email when payment is made.

2. To send an Invoice, start by clicking ‘Add New Account’

3. From the drop down menu, choose ‘Email Contract or Invoice’

4. From the drop down menu, choose ‘Email Contract or Invoice’

5. Enter basic information for the recipient of the invoice

6. Click Continue

7. Choose ‘Invoice’ from the list of contract types

8. Enter the Invoice Date and Invoice Due Date. CareCap will automate
reminder emails every 7 days until the Invoice Due Date is reached.

9. You can Add a Personal Message to be included in the invoice.

10. Add a Name, Price
and Quantity for each
item in the invoice.

11. Confirm that the invoice amount is correct

12. Click Send Invoice to email invoice to customer

13. The invoice has been sent! We will now look at how
easy it is for your customer to pay the invoice

14. Your customer will receive the invoice
instantly in their email inbox

15. The customer can review and pay their invoice
from any computer or mobile device

After entering their payment information, the customer
will click ‘Pay Invoice’ to complete the transaction

18. Your office receives a confirmation email letting you know the invoice
has been paid. The invoice payment will be included in your usual
weekly deposit from CareCap. The customer is automatically emailed a
receipt for their records.
