I have accomplished drafting and reviewing with a professional manner all kind of
contracts, agreements, protocols, LOI and memorandum of understanding as required
from the foundation and its companies, institutes, Universities and Associations in
Arabic , English and Bilingual. As demonstrated above, I have achieved drafting a total
number of 3278 contracts out of 4758 from 2012 till 2016.

2. Other legal matters during the period
from 2012 till 2016
As Illustrated here above, I have occupied a significant role in the legal sector since day one from my
commenced working with Misr Elkheir foundation and its companies. Such foundation has a total
capacity of more than 900 employees owning more than 8 different initiates.
I have engaged in all kind of legal support and advice as shown on the chart. My role was involved in
diverse legal subject matters. I have developed the enforcement practice and worked with the
foundation and its affiliated to accomplish outstanding legal services.
