Tomorrow’s cars
CO2, a gas that is part of the atmosphere, is important for many parts of nature like
plants, as it helps them make their own food. We make CO2 when we use petrol
cars. This is now dangerous for our world because these cars have sent a lot of CO2
into the air. Then, using electric cars instead of petrol cars is one excellent way to
stop problems like changes in the weather. In the United Kingdom not many cars are
electric, so the government, those who are the managers of the country, believes
there is a lot to do to make electric cars a good change and have a better world to
live in. They also believe that it will help the UK become the first country in the world
to make cars that send much less CO2 into the air.
Some pro-nature groups that work to make the world better believe this plan will not
work and say that is too late to stop CO2 from petrol cars.
In the past two years, the British government has spent billions of pounds studying
how to make electric cars and how to make the British use them. Now they are ready
to help companies make more electric cars and less petrol ones and hybrid cars,
which work with both petrol and electricity.

You might be traveling to visit family or friends, for work, because you’re moving
or sightseeing or just to relax on a beach somewhere to get away from
everything. The purpose depends on what you want to do and your personal view
of life.
Anyone can travel, and it’s my opinion that everyone
should travel. You can use travel to relax, to see the
world, to connect with others who share your interest
for travelling or just to have adventure, but specially
to create a collection of many experiences to
remember, as you grow older.
25. Traveling for business or a family event are common reasons. But the most
difficult question is why some people are happy to spend their whole lives within
50 miles away of where they were born while others just can’t stop traveling
around the world. These travelers — called long-term travelers — are easily
recognized. There is something in their eyes when they’re discussing their latest
trip; it’s a careless attitude when something goes wrong or an ability to live in
extreme conditions simply to discover a new village in a distant area of Peru.
Traveling is amazingly rewarding. It helps you answer basic human questions as:
How are we different? How are we the same? Then you want to know about the
art and the history and see what experiences helped people become what they
are. For some, this is sightseeing; for others, it’s simply part of “being”. For those
who love traveling, the questions is not simply “When is my next trip?” but also
“Why can’t I stop?”
