To whom it may concern,
I was initially impressed with Lisa Williams’ enthusiasm and professional demeanor when I
hired her nine years ago as my office assistant at Franklin Cove Apartments. During the eight
years Lisa worked for me (I have since retired), she consistently demonstrated all of these
qualities and more, and I heartily endorse her for any position she should apply for.
Lisa is reliable, dedicated and always upbeat. Her ability to calm angry or frustrated residents is
unparalleled. Lisa multitasks effectively and is able to handle a high workload. She consistently
met or surpassed all report deadlines, and her work was accurate and thorough.
Of particular value to me as a former apartment manager was Lisa’s ability to learn new
processes and ability to work with minimal supervision. I regularly received praise from
residents and suppliers commending Lisa’s professionalism and follow through.
Organized and diligent, Lisa quickly learned forms and software that were unfamiliar to her
when she first started with Franklin Cove, and she also attended seminars offered through the
company. Franklin Cove is a Section 8 property with an unending amount of government
mandated paperwork.
Lisa is a hardworking, top-performing office assistant professional. She has my highest
