Lisa: Omnichannel allows customers to transition from shopping in store to on there device, basically the retailer is making it as easy as possible for the customer to shop, even when they are not in the store. THus benifitng the retailer because tehre customers can be shopping outside the open hours of the shop and they do not need to be staffed 24/7 Maybe im so addicted becasuse its so easy to order, with easy order and mobile orders and the apps When getting coffee or dinner is as easy as sending a text I have more motivation to stay loyal to the company
