CARE COORDINATION PROGRAM
• Special programs are offered for the underserved populations of the state of North
Dakota
• Those populations are in reference to the American Indian’s and low-income
participants
• Such programs include Medicaid and Health Steps
• Children’s Special Health Services never turn down patients for the inability to pay;
All children and families that qualify for the program are accepted
