Randall International is headquartered in
Carlsbad, California, the company’s 90,000
square-foot FDA-licensed facility houses its
corporate offices, design studio, research and
development laboratory, as well as
manufacturing and distribution.
Founded in 1989 by an entrepreneurial man’s
passion for sunscreen and cosmetic grade personal

CUSTOM PROGRAM OVERVIEW
An initial consultation is imperative to determine the essence of the
signature custom program. Our account managers will work with the
hotel & spa management to review high level factors such as the
objective for branding and how it relates to location, property theme,
competition, trends, therapeutic intentions, and price targets.
In addition, during this consultation, our account managers will discuss:
§  Product Positioning
§  Design requirements
§  Packaging Options (size, shape,
dispensing)
§  Essential Oil/Fragrance Requirements
§  Extract Stories
§  Product Mix
§  Volume / forecasts

Timeline
¢  After the initial consultation, the information gathered is submitted to our
Design Studio and Laboratory. Concept design boards and aroma
samples are then submitted to the property to review (2-3 weeks).
¢  Upon approval of one of the submitted designs, mock-up samples are
created and submitted with pricing to the property (2 weeks).
¢  Production is initiated after receipt of signed Letter of Agreement (LOA)
and artwork signoff.
¢  Lead time after receipt of signed LOA and artwork is approximately 16
weeks.
